Stunning Apartment, Exceptional.
Pros:

The accommodation was outstanding. The room/ suite was incredible. We were so amazed at how large, modern, luxury, excellent products, beautiful bed with comfortable and high quality bedding and pillows. Love, love, loved our room.

Cons:

No daily house cleaning for the price point. Requested early check in (months of advance when booking)as we were travelling for over 24 hours straight, and felt no effort or care was offered. We did not check in until 2 pm, when apparently the water was off for maintenance. It had been off all day so I felt for the people who were already staying there. I did come on 5 minutes after we were in our room.
The restaurant was very small and limited choices. We had a buffet breakfast with our package and was very disappointed to find packet International roast coffee with no choice of different milk. We had to pay for a barista coffee which has always been complimentary at other resorts we have stayed at. Average Buffet for price point.

Pros:

La habitacion muy muy amplia y comoda, todo los necesario. El hotel y las instalaciones increibles.Si buscas un lugar comodo para familia es ideal. Nuestro grupo de 6 adultos cabía perfecto!! No hay playa ahi mismo pero si piscina y una paseo peatonal muy lindo.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar, los cafes se compran en el buffet solo hay disponible cafe de sachet. Por otro lado si bien esta super cerca de airlie igual hay que pedir uber o tomar el bus gratuito que sale 3 veces al día. Es caminable pero cuando vas con bolsos para el tour se complica.

Very quiet and great location. Not worth the money though
Pros:

Great location, very spacious apartment

Cons:

Shower heads in both bathrooms kept falling down, toilet holder falling off the wall.
No water when we arrived, told it would be 20 minutes, was off for another 2 hours, no apologies for this.
The light didn’t work from the car park down to the next level to the restaurant, very dangerous on the stairs in the dark.

Fabulous
Pros:

Gorgeous property in a fab location. Lovely restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Staff were exceptionally helpful and standouts were the lovely receptionist and bar lady from Canada.
Apartment was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the boardwalk too made it easy to walk the half hour into town.

Pros:

Overall how clean it was

Cons:

We had in our booking 2 kids, it would have been nice in the 2nd bedroom for there to have been 2 single beds for them each rather than 1 in the bedroom and the 2nd child sleeping out on the lounge.

Also self contained to us means basic condiments like salt and pepper, paper towel and Tupperware container for leftovers or glad wrap to be able to cover leftovers on plates.

Great location like the facilities and place itself

Cons:

Front office staff not helpful, not welcoming, you feel like a burden on them really need a staff adjust same experience both time I have stayed here. Really bad customer service.

The staff was very welcoming, and the apartment was amazing—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essential utilities we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, with everything well-organised and convenient. The staff also went above and beyond to help celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, which made our stay even more special and memorable.
