Very disappointing.
Booked through Hotels. com, it was stated the the family room got 2 double beds and 2 twin beds for 6 of us. However the room only got 4 twin beds, how to accommodate 6 of us? After complained, hotel only gave us 1 extra bed!!! 1 of us had to stay at friend's house.
That day, the whole hotel don have hot water supply due to something wrong with the solar system. All have to bath with cold water.
The lobby area no air con as something broke down.
No WiFi in room, only available at lobby area.

出張で使用する分にはいいが、カップル、夫婦での滞在はお勧めできません。
滞在費は安いが施設の老朽化が目立ち清潔感がない。

廊下は少し異臭(カビ臭い)がした

Pros:

Was only for one night , but there was no toilet paper so I requested some but when house keeping came to the room she informed me that there was no longer any stock left.
I was not very impressed with this being a large hotel , you pay for all the comforts and facilities and then told they don't have anything . Shall not be staying there again, very disappointing
