Racist and They Don’t Even Try to Hide It!!!
Pros:

Do not stay here. They do not have a good reputation with regard to treating all patrons equally. I am working on encouraging my place of employment to severe their contract with them.

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

This Hyatt has a wonderful location. Close to shopping, numerous restaurants, campus, golf courses and more. The property was clean, so was the room. Beds were comfortable. All the staff was great. Breakfast was included and had a good selection of items. This will be my go to place when staying in East Lansing.

Pros:

Check in processing took 25 min. Therr is a parking garage and its free if they code your room key but they didnt. Rooms had stains on carpet and couches. Room was quiet though, tv didnt work. They had a breakfast which was good.

The bed is king bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s ridiculous that you have to pay $10 per car to park in there parking garage over night! The breakfast was horrible also!

Great hotel is Eastwood Town Center
Pros:

This hotel is a great hotel for the value. It is clean, has a small bar, pool, breakfast included and in a great location. I've stayed here quite a few times and have always had a positive experience. Their staff is friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We weren't as pleased with this property as we have been in the past.
Cons:

We didn't think the room was as clean as when we had stayed at the property in the past. The sheets smelled dirty, the shower wasn't clean, and the wardrobe smelled like mold. We also had to pay for parking, which we have never done in the past.
