Hôtel ibis Cambrai

Die Flure und das Zimmer rochen nach Kunststoff, der Fußboden hat Teppiche. Aber die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert und der Verkehrslärm der nahen Autobahn ist nicht zu hoeren.

excellent restaurant avec un service en chambre digne de ce nom, agréable donc en séjour d'affaire. attention pas d'ascenseur et manque un petit espace extérieur pour les fumeurs

Groupe de 16 personnes, réservé en demi-pension, impossible de dîner en raison d'un autre groupe important !
Obligation de reprendre nos voitures pour aller dîner en ville à une heure descente.
Le gros reproche à faire est de ne pas avoir été prévenu de cette perturbation. Un coup de fil aurait suffit...

Hotel is easy to find on the outskirts of Cambrai with ample free parking available. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. Food in the restaurant is good value and there is a good choice. It is a great base to explore Cambrai and the surrounding area.

Small basic room. Good bed. Quiet area. No Ac but was not needed in June.

As the title suggests, we used this as a Base to explore the Somme. Well priced for the quality of the hotel. The rooms were a decent size and had everything you need, but feels a bit tired and could do with a bit of a face lift. The staff are really friendly and helpful, but they are run ragged at busy times, trying to run reception, the bar, and serve in the restaurant, mostly with only two of them. We ate in the restaurant at the hotel one night, it was okay but not great. Breakfast was your standard continental, with scrambled eggs and bacon, but they rellay seemed to struggle keeping food topped up and busy times.

Perfectly acceptabele business hotel. Hotel is very a basic older Ibis, but clean and well maintained. Comes with pretty good breakfast and a reasonable restaurant for dinner, which is lucky as there did not seem to be much other choice in the immediate area. Rooms themselves are basic but also clean and comfortable. OK for an overnight stay.

Rien à redire sur l'hôtel proprement dit.
Je ne suis pas content parce que le descriptif Hôtels.com précise qu'il y a des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques alors que ce n'est pas le cas.
J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour cette seule raison.
Il faut vérifier les descriptifs pour ne pas induire en erreur

Hôtel dans une zone sans aucun charme. Cloisons très fines, permettant d’entendre tous les bruits. Grooms de porte trop puissants rendant les portes difficiles à ouvrir et très bruyantes lorsqu’elles claquent.
Personnel aimable et accueillant, prix élevé vs prestation globale…

Hôtel à raser. Ou enlever l enseigne IBIS.

Advertising thay have electric car charging when thay do not cost me 2 h delay and got me in on wrong advertising
Then hotel need a renovation it is ok in many aspects but the carpets must go

Je suis déçu de la qualité de la literie. Mon matelas n'était pas droit, la partie de gauche enfoncée.
Egalement déçu de la taille du téléviseur; placé au mur, cet écran est si petit qu'il est très désagréable de regarder la télé au lit; j'ai préféré l'éteindre et finalement regarder une serie sur mon téléphone (pour dire).
La taille de la salle de bain est également très limite.
Decevant pour un hotel de cette gamme, à ce prix là.
Côtés positifs : La situation, Le personnel très agréable et la propreté; sur ces points là, il n'y a rien à redire, c'est tout bon.

If you just need a bed with clean sheets and a bathroom, this IBIS will do. It is close to the motorway but still quiet and parking is in front. Dinner and breakfast however was terrible. Dinner: orders mixed up, food arrived after more than 1 hour either cold or burnt. The fries were a greasy mushy substance. Many guests complained. Breakfast: no plates, no cutlery, the tiny tray of cold cuts was always empty.
Tasteless pre-packed cheese was the option, also pancakes tasted of nothing. Staff: friendly people, quick check-in, the waiter was hopelessly oberwhelmed. We stay at Accor/IBIS a lot but this was our worst experience yet.

It was only for 1 night as we toured France, every thing was fine.
Check in was a little slow
My only comment would be the toilet seat was broken.
They could not accommodate us all siting down to dinner at the same time and so we went out to find a restaurant that could.

Very nice stay room was good food excellent.

Ideal stop on the way to or from the Calais ferry/Eurotunnel. There is a safe free car park. The rooms are simple but clean. Buffet breakfast and there is a restaurant and bar. Mostly a very warm welcome from staff
