I'm a little bit disappointed with my stay
Pros:

The food on the first day but on the second day they let us wait because the food runs out and they need to buy rice ours de according to the staff

Cons:

I don't like the policy to hold the guests when checking out. It's okay to check first the room if there's damage or none but it should be done quickly and they are asking for payment which they are not sure of the stain on the beddings. I returned to the room and checked by myself with the staff and proved that there was no stain. I'm very disappointed with the 2staff 😔

Pros:

I love where it was located, it's not super duper crowded, and lots of cafes surrounding the area so you really have a wide selection of places to eat from.

Cons:

Our room was located at the 10th floor, but there are quite a few times where we could hear noise from the outside. Not sure if they were from the staff or from the guests but it definitely is annoying especially if you are trying to get some rest.

Reasonably-priced and nice/good sized room.
Pros:

Staff were accommodating and assisted us with the set up of beds. Pool is not overcrowded.

Cons:

Limited options for breakfast. It's a bit awkward to enjoy swimming because pool is near their event/meeting rooms, we have to limit our laughing and prevent my kids from shouting/enjoying the pool (a bit conscious about swimwear because people are back and forth and can see through glass doors).
