It was alright could have been better

Your TV we were planning to binge watch an relax, stay in but unfortunately you have no cable / netflix which is commonly standard nowadays. You might want to upgrade you tv to something that supports apple products not just android if you have no cable or built in movies. Also NO ROOM service?? come on, kitchen only open from 6am -10am?? what if we were not familar with the area or did not want the hassle of ordering for food how were we supposed to eat? The place was great but these things are I think essential to a hotel. I could have just booked an air bnb that have better services. thanks

I'm a little bit disappointed with my stay
Pros:

The food on the first day but on the second day they let us wait because the food runs out and they need to buy rice ours de according to the staff

Cons:

I don't like the policy to hold the guests when checking out. It's okay to check first the room if there's damage or none but it should be done quickly and they are asking for payment which they are not sure of the stain on the beddings. I returned to the room and checked by myself with the staff and proved that there was no stain. I'm very disappointed with the 2staff 😔

Pros:

I love where it was located, it's not super duper crowded, and lots of cafes surrounding the area so you really have a wide selection of places to eat from.

Cons:

Our room was located at the 10th floor, but there are quite a few times where we could hear noise from the outside. Not sure if they were from the staff or from the guests but it definitely is annoying especially if you are trying to get some rest.
