My 2nd stay in this nice and central hotel in haridwar and I will defintly come again next time! Friendly and helpfull staff and very clean rooms!

Okay mais peut mieux faire
Pros:

Nous sommes restés qu'une nuit. Les repas sur la terrasse étaient bonnes.et le personnel agréable.

Cons:

C'était notre 5 ème séjour en 6-7 ans, malheureusement nous avons été très déçus de l'état de la chambre et de l'atmosphère générale dans l'hôtel. Beaucoup de travaux sont à faire, et désormais une forte odeur d'humidité y règne. Ayant été des clients réguliers aucun accueil chaleureux ou petit plus n'a été offert apart 2 bouteilles d'eau.
La salle de bain était vétuste, l'eau se répandait sur tout le sol, comme il n'y a pas de séparation.

Tutto soddisfacente. Gentili, disponibili, premurosi, comprensivi davanti alle esigenze del cliente. Aria condizionata e ventilatore, nessuna zanzara, nessun insetto.

Cons:

Non c'è il bollitore, ma si può chiedere dell'acqua calda. I taxi / tuk tuk , forniti dall'hotel sono molto più cari di quelli disponibili fuori.

Pros:

The staff was too polite and courteous. I went with my sister and little nephew and they helped us in booking a cab at reasonable rate for Drhradun and kept a track of our whereabouts from me on regular basis in order to ensure our safety... it felt like home away from home. The food at the rooftop restaurant here was also as if made at home.
