Pros:

Easy accessible from N14

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy next to the N14. I guess its a tradeoff.

A very dissatisfied customer - who stays at this property often
Cons:

Noise from the kitchen - constant shouting and cutlery banging around - it was most uncomfortable.
My coffee station had not been cleaned - this leading me to think what else had not been cleaned.
Hot water in the shower suddenly stopped mid shower.
Whilst changing - a cleaning lady tried to enter my room without knocking on the door. Lucky I had my key in the door or she would have barged in.

The location is great, great friendly stuff and the breakfast was great and on time and i really enjoyed my stay there and it was my 2nd time

The food was great and the staff

Cons:

The state of the room was not satisfactory at all. Everything seemed old. The position of the TV, Microwave left much to be desired. The hotel needs a total makeover; it still looks the same as it did almost five years ago.
