Pros:

Zimmer Nr. 3. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche von sehr guter Qualität. Vor Ort war alles vorhanden, was man braucht: eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Zimmer lag im 2. Stock, was für mich in Ordnung war, aber Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder mit kleinen Kindern sollten sich vor der Buchung mit dem Personal in Verbindung setzen. Sehr gute Lage mit guter Straßenbahnanbindung ins Zentrum von Dresden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann es weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

We had an overall nice stay, had a fine breakfast and enjoyed the property (beautiful villa) and its' surroundings. Staff was ok and easy to communicate with.

Cons:

Yet, the rooms we received were in the lower ground floor and pretty damp. The anti-moisture system was noisy. There was no signal for the wi-fi in these rooms. The furniture and accessories could use a refresh.

Die Lage war Top! Nahe an der Uniklinik! Der Park hinter dem Haus, und das getzwitscher der Vögel war so richtig Frühling! Wir haben es genossen! Gerne wieder!!

Pros:

Unterkunft liegt zentral. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 10 Minuten in der Uniklinik und 20 Minuten auf der Prager Straße

Cons:

Der Stoffbezug des Bettgestell sollte dringend erneuert werden

Pros:

Really easy check-in. Rooftop accessible for fresh air and smoking, meaning I didn't have to leave the accommodation for that. No disturbance. Lovely shower and comfortable room.

Cons:

I suppose more breakfast options would be good.

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück abwechslungsreich und vielfältig

Cons:

Das Zimmer befand sich im Suterent, Ausstattung schlicht, aber mit kleiner Küche.
Leider hörten wir regelmäßig ( auch nachts) Abwassergeräuche, wodurch man auch geweckt wurde.
