Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, pas très loin du parc et du lieux qui m'intéressait ! le petit déjeuner délicieux, et le personnel très agréable.

Cons:

L'hôtel est TROP bien placé, ma chambre donnais sur une des rues principal.. toutes la nuit je pouvais entendre les voitures c'était le seul point négatif..

Le petit déjeuner parfait car copieux et très varié et propre, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel à l accueil comme à l espace petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Une seule toilette au rez de chaussée et pas toujours propre. Le système des ascenseurs qui ne permet pas l accès à d’autre étage. Trop mal entretenu s agissant des peintures et boiseries. Immeuble sinistre. Offre câble télé très limité. Compte tenu de la grandeur du self les machines à café devraient être réparties.

Amazing stay at Shilla, in Ulsan downtown, the location is very convenient!
Pros:

Shilla Stays are a great institution in Korea. You know what to expect and that you'll be satisfied.
The rooms have a good design and are comfortable. The space is studied so that it doesn't feel to small or too big.
The Panoramic city view was very enjoyable!
The breakfast is very typical of Shilla Stay and was wonderful!

Cons:

Rooms need a little refreshing I believe this is where it lost it's 4th star at this location.
Nothing bad to report though, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

아쉽습니다

시내에 있어서 교통편이 좋네요

Cons:

이번 객실은 화장실 변기 청소가 잘 안되어 있습니다
변기를 본 순간 모든게 엉망이 되었네요
사진을 올리려고 찍었는데 보는이들이 불쾌할거 같아 올리지 않겠습니다(체크아웃할때 직원분께는 보여드렸습니다)
출장온거라 일하느라 객실 변경을 못했습니다
조식도 기대에 못미쳤습니다
사람이 많은데 한분이 계란요리와 쌀국수를 동시에 하니까 많이 기다리게 되더라고요

Hotel equipment is already looking "used" and a little bit oldschool, especially bathroom,but still was very clean
