The bed was really comfortable, and the room was spacious, which made the stay quite pleasant.
The swimming pool was a big plus for me. It is quite large and open until 10 PM, which was actually the main reason I chose to stay here. After a tiring day at work, I could still go for a swim and relax in the evening.

The location is very strategic as the hotel is directly connected to a mall and is also close to plenty of shop lots and restaurants. It was very convenient to get food or do some shopping without having to travel far.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. The taste was not up to my expectations, and this was probably the weakest part of my stay.

I strongly advise against staying at this property WOODSBURY SUITES 7722 Butterworth Penang Tha HOST name is MICHAEL TAN .i have requested a simple date change for my booking, but the host responded in an extremely rude, aggressive, and unhelpful manner. Instead of handling the request professionally, the owner was hostile and completely lack customer service ethics. Very disappointed with how tenants are treated here.I am writing to express my deep disappointment with how owner handled my request to while I understand policies may apply, there is no excuse for your unprofessional and rude behavior towards me. As a host, your attitude towards tenants is unacceptable, and I will be escalating this matter to the platform customer support and leaving an honest review about my experience.I highly recommend AVOID staying here. Again the host is extremely rude and unresponsive to basic requests.

La reserva decia claramente desayuno disponible por 6 U$S y cobraron màs argumentando que eso era para nin̈os. Eso no era lo que decia la reserva que hice y al otro dia modificaron la pàgina.
