订了一个有两个床的家庭房，入住的时候说房间没了，给了别人，美其名曰免费升级到一个套间，只有一个床(我们有4个人），解释说因为我定的房间不是预付的，认为我可能不会来，真服了他们家的诚信。房间设施极其破旧，毛巾床单发黄，很脏，看上去很久没人住了的样子，我只能在一个包浆的沙发上睡了一晚。奉劝各位千万不要选这家。
