Realmente el personal está implicado, especialmente la recepción. Un gran corazón. El desayuno y comida muy recomendable. No hay suplemento por mascotas ni parking cosa que en otros hoteles sube la factura.

Cons:

La dirección del hotel está replanteándose sus políticas sobre mascotas, es un cambio necesario.

Sport and Relax is very apt name for this hotel!
Pros:

Fantastic sports centre with tennis and padel courts.
Good location very close to beach.

I loved my stay in Hotel Taconera. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and sports facilities.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Super selection for breakfast. The sports facilities were excellent.

Pros:

The staff were all very helpful , the breakfast was amazing . I had a single room and one of the doors didn’t close properly and they fixed it immediately and offered me another room if I wanted to change - which I didn’t. The bed was very comfy also. .

The pools are gorgeous and the tennis courts are excellent. Walking distance to a little beach and a 30 min walk to a great town or taxis are cheap

Highly recommend and would go back .

Cons:

There were no tea / coffee facilities in the room which would have been nice to have

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist top, man ist schnell am Strand und bei den Sportstätten. Sehr ruhig, nur ab und zu am Abend Musik vom Nachbarhotel zwei Strassen weiter. Wir hatten Jugendsportgruppen auf unserer Etage, ohne Probleme ein anderes Zimmer auf einer anderen Etage bekommen. Top. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendbuffet abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Am Anfang die Lage des Zimmers, Problem wurde aber umgehend gelöst. Top.
