L'accueil est prévenant et les petits déjeuners excellents et variés. Le lit est très confortable et la chambre que nous occupions plutôt grande avec un coin "salon" agréable quand on doit rester au chaud et que la météo est pluvieuse. Salle de bain petite mais suffisante. Dommage qu'il est fait un temps maussade car le peu que nous ayons pu voir et profiter du parc du Llevant a beaucoup plu aux marcheurs que nous sommes.

L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le restaurant
Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles. Nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel sur la recommandation d'Anna Herrmann et nous avons été malheureusement déçus. Nous avons commencé par demander à changer de chambre car celle proposée était très sombre et humide. Nous avons donc payé pour la catégorie supérieure. La chambre suivante était de belle taille et bien plus lumineuse. Nous remarquons cependant vite que la chambre mériterait un coup de neuf : tâches sur le tissus du canapé, porte de douche en verre abîmée, joints verdâtre etc. La vraie mauvaise surprise arrive lors de la première nuit. Le passage à la douche est laborieux : il n'y a pas de pression et surtout la température de l'eau est tiède. Nous sommes en mars et il fait très frais sur l'île pendant la nuit donc nous activons le chauffage pour la nuit. Nous nous réveillons le lendemain avec 15 degrés dans la chambre parce qu'une temporisation arrête automatiquement le chauffage de 23h à 8h du matin. Nous signalons notre mésaventure au personnel. Ils sont réactifs mais nous disent que c'est une problème général à tout l'hôtel. Cela n'ira pas plus loin. Nous avons donc dormi 3 jours bien emmitouflés et le dernier soir, l'eau sera tout bonnement froide... En soi, ce n'est pas un drame et nous n'en sommes pas morts mais lorsqu'on affiche 4 étoiles sur sa devanture, cela ne devrait pas arriver. Si vous cherchez un 2 étoiles supérieure, vous êtes au bon endroit, sinon passez votre chemin. Le restaurant en revanche vaut le détour.
Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Zentrum der wunderschönen Altstadt. Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders charmant ist das Restaurant im Untergeschoss mit der riesigen Außenfläche mitten in der Stadt. Das Personal war unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Mein Sohn und ich kommen bestimmt einmal wieder

It’s very nice and accomodating.
There was only one cook and one woman serving food so it took more than an hour to get our dinner served and the room was noisy because every noise that happened outside felt like it was happening in the room
Die zentrale Lage war super. Zum Parkplatz und ins Zentrum ca 8 Minuten. Das Haus hat einen Charme. Das Frühstück und Restaurant super. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr nett und einladend gestaltet, obwohl wir sie bei unserem Urlaub im März noch nicht nutzen konnten. Die gesamte Mannschaft ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Badezimmer ist sehr klein und eher unkomfortabel. Für ein 4**** Hotel nicht adäquat. Wir haben uns aber trotz kleiner Kritikpunkte wohlgefühlt.
Hôtel joliment aménagé et décoré, emplacement central, petit-déjeuner délicieux et varié, et restaurant très bon également!
Au niveau de l’entretien et du nettoyage, il pourrait y avoir quelques améliorations (calcaire dans la sdb, infiltration d’eau autour de la douche pluie, linge de bain élimé,…). Variations d’eau et de température importantes dans la douche.
Par ailleurs, le personnel semblait plus à l’aise avec les clients germanophones que lorsqu’il fallait parler anglais.
La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del parking gratuito a las afueras del pueblo y a 2 minutos de la plaza más transitada. El desayuno muy bueno y con un ambiente muy familiar gracias al personal. Todo muy cuidado y con buen gusto, seguro repetimos!
