Die Lage der Unterkunft im Herzen von Artà war super und auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Auch der Mitarbeiter Adrian war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider entsprechen die Bilder der Zimmer hier bei Booking nicht der Realität: Das Superior-Doppelzimmer, das uns vor Ort gezeigt wurde, war klein und dunkel anstatt groß und hell. Wir wiesen auf den deutlichen Unterschied hin, woraufhin uns ein Upgrade für 15€/Nacht bzw. ein Zimmer aus einer niedrigeren Basic Kategorie angeboten wurde. Wir entschieden uns gegen den Aufpreis und fanden in dem Zimmer dann eine tote Motte im Waschbecken, schmutzige Wände und einen nicht funktionierenden Safe vor. In der Dusche war zur Benutzung nur Handseife. Der Standard entsprach auf keinem Fall einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Unserer Meinung nach hätte die Situation mit dem Zimmer vom Besitzer, mit dem wir telefonierten und danach auch noch persönlich das Gespräch suchten, respektvoller und gastfreundlicher ablaufen müssen.

Une escale très agréable.
Pros:

La décoration de l’hôtel avec plein de petits espaces différents , cocooning et accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner délicieux , frais et varié.
Le confort des chambres.
La situation centrale et un parking proche et gratuit à 5 minutes à pied .

Cons:

Pas suffisamment d’eau chaude à la douche ce matin. L’aspect vintage des douches et de la salle de bains peut laisser une impression de «  moins propre «

Séjour tres agréable et l’un des meilleurs diners que nous avons pu manger !
Pros:

Tres chaleureux, et dîner exceptionnel au restaurant.
Chambre offrant le confort nécessaire dans un établissement très charmant.
Le personnel est agréable, gentil et attentif.

Cons:

Tout était tres bien mais si nous devons relever certains points :
- les verres dans la chambre étaient poussiéreux
- le lit bébé a un gros trou et semble assez vieux

great location, beautiful hide-away, would definitely come back
Pros:

beautifully decorated, very nice staff, great location
I even got a free coffee the next morning!
The rooftop is also simply stunning

Cons:

nothing really, maybe the only thing is that there is no parking space but they handle it by guiding you to a public parking space as good as they can

Beautiful Hotel in Centre
Pros:

The option of the two (small) pools was so beautiful - both are stunning.

The breakfast was very good.

The whole aesthetics of the hotel were so original which I loved.

Cons:

Like many places on the island, it was a noisy stay - no soundproofing.

Una estancia fantástica
Pros:

El desayuno era muy variado, fresco y delicioso. La locación era perfecta y tranquila (nada de ruído). En el medio del casco antiguo y el parking (fuera del pueblo) a 5 minutos caminando. Cenamos en la terraza del restaurante. El servicio muy amable y la cena muy rica. Todo el personal fue muy servicial y de gran ayuda (excepto la señora del bufé del desayuno, que no fue muy amable).

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema en nuestra habitación. Pero se solucionó a plena satisfacción. La señora del bufé del desayuno podría ser más amable.
