Good but could have been better
Pros:

They had cucumber infused water at the front desk. Hotel was generally clean with some key points that need to be addressed. Buffet was acceptable.

Cons:

No warm water from the shower, only Luke warm and you could smell raw sewage odors coming out of the shower drain & faulty air conditioner...we received our room as hot as it could be..

El hotel le falta mantenimiento, visito casi todos los city express del país y este es el mas obsoleto, no funcionaba la alberca estaba en mantenimiento y nunca se me avsió cuando hice la reserva.

Cons:

The hotel charged me for a suite then because I arrived several days late they had sold my room to someone else and initially told me they had no rooms left until I spoke to the manager. Absolute disaster of a hotel would not recommend

The fries were good

Cons:

The internet is a nightmare. Couldn't work properly cuz it kept cutting. The food was extremely sub par even for a budget business hotel. I've been in other city Express before and this was by far the least pleasant experience.

La ubicación y la atención en recepción y en las colaboradoras de los snacks del área de piscina.

Cons:

Los desayunos eran poco variados y se tenía que solicitar huevos por aparte, cuándo se solicitaron los mismos un día nos dieron un huevo picado frío, quemado y sin sabor... además, que la muchacha que preparaba los huevos nos atendio con una actitud inadecuada para servicio al cliente.
