Location and size of the place was nice. Kitchen in the unit was handy as well. Some issues, Lack of hot water for the shower, Some delay and disconnect with getting the room cleaned during the day. Overall I would return as the staff were very good.

Nunca pude tomar el desayuno a tiempo. Lo servían tarde e incompleto, no habían suficientes platos, ni cubiertos y te daban tenedores de plástico.
Aunque los bell boys estuvieron bien, al demás personal le hace falta una mayor actitud de servicio.

I like the cleanliness of the room, staff are really nice and friendly. Towels needs to be replace because most of them are old and stain on it. Water pressure can be improve. Free breakfast can be improve.

it was a great experienced for our family as our first visit in Cabo to stay in a very accommodating, quiet, family hotel, accessible to anywhere, very clean and friendly hotel. A very highly recommended. Excellent City Express Suite for the great service.

Pros:

The delay at the lobby during check-in was ridiculous. There is no viable explanation for the delay. The room provided was poor, and it wasn't what was booked initially. No communication or apology, and the manager was nowhere to be found. Good employers, but poor management and lack of sincerity.
