Pros:

La atención muy deficiente, la espera prologanda para que nos puedan asignar una habitación por falta de información del personal sobre las llaves, al no poder tener acceso a una de las habitaciones de otro edificio que estaba cruzando la calle nos asignaron una, dentro del mismo y nos regresaron, además que era más simple la habitación a la que se había reservado, asimismo la atención hacia el huésped deja mucho que desear, y la habitación la cama muy dura.

It was like staying with your mom, many rules and no late entries. Staff is amazing but they have to always open and close it's so annoying. Never again

Pros:

We booked a room for blue coral and ended up getting put in perlas which is there sister Condos across the street. They had no elevator and we were on the third floor and pool on 5th . Big inconvenience

24 hour secured entrance to the complex. 4 beautiful pools. Large clean rooms. Great price. Near the quiet side of the walking mall. Great resataurants nearby.

There were no sheets on one of the beds. Lots of surfaces felt sticky. The pools were cloudy and unusable. Very disappointing.

No servía el elevador y tuvimos que cambiar de habitación al cuarto número 4 de planta baja. Fue de acuerdo por necesidad de llevar una persona con discapacidad pero el cuarto no estaba adecuado.

We love the location and the price of this hotel. There are many pools and it is very clean. The staff is friendly and you cannot go wrong for the price. It is a short walk to the beach and is in a quieter part of the city.

No me gusto, que las camas eran tan simples, solo sabanas. Ademas hace demasiado ruido como gatos peleando, el sonido de diversos animales que impiden dormir, no volveria a ese hotel, no supero mis expectativas
