Magnificent hotel
Pros:

Everything was just great!

Cons:

I was suposed to pay until the check in; instead, You guys charged me to My débit Card which info I gave u during the Booking; when I was ready to pay with another Card, the person at front desk told me I was already charged 😡

Me gustó la ubicación estaba céntrico cerca de un centro comercial, la habitación estaba regular con un balconcito me gusto

Lo que menos me gustó es q para las 9 ya no había desayuno ni café 🥲que por eso fue q decidí quedarme alli, ademas que no dice en ningún lugar ni en la reservacion hasta q hora lo sirven, la tv de mi habitación no servía y no había alberca

The night clerk was very customer friendly.

Cons:

The fact that they really don't have breakfast. All they have is two types of cereal and coffee and twinkle and cupcakes.

The breakfast was not good at all. The coffee was terrible.

Cons:

The coffee was terrible. The only thing I would eat was cereal. But after a drink of coffee. It wasn't apatizing. The donuts were 4 to 5 days old. Little to no effort at all.

Great room, clean room… manager needs correcting attitude

Clean rooms and outside of the hotel was clean

Cons:

The manager. He is costing you guys clients due to his lack of professionalism. Very hateful guy for no reason. First interaction through the phone I asked, “hello I’m leaving all my stuff in my car has there been any break in recently” he said “no we haven’t heard but we aren’t responsible and you can check another place to stay”
