浴槽の漏水以外は大変良かったです。
Pros:

チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きがスムーズ

Cons:

浴槽でシャワーを使用していると洗面だのほうまで水が出て大変でした。
排水は普通に良かったんですが、カーテン越しに出ている感じでもなかった。
外が濡れるのが嫌で注意して使用してましたが半端なく水浸しになりました。

何処へ行くのも便利　隣は飲食街でした

地下鉄が近い
周りにレストランが多いから食事に困らない
高島屋が近いからお土産が買いやすい

Cons:

年に何回も上海の出張に使っているホテルですが今回は酷かった！
①2タイプの部屋を予約(広い部屋と普通の部屋）予約時もフロントでも伝えたのにフロントがカードキーを渡し間違えて上司が狭い部屋に割り当てられた。
②部屋のｴｱｺﾝがとにかく効かなかった、8月の上海でエアコン効かないのは命に係わる。一晩中寝れず、フロントに確認しても翌日に修理係が行きますって今寝れない。

中国のホテルは､どこもお客様目線で取り組んでいない。

NHK放送が放映されている。

Cons:

・1608室に泊まったが､ロケーションは窓が半分しか無い。宿泊客はぼぼ居ないのに、いつも利用している全面窓では無く､なぜロケーションが悪い1608号室に宿泊させたのか､お客様目線で無い。
・テレビが古く､時々「砂の嵐」が放映され､NHK 放送が途切れる。
・シャワーのお湯が出てこない。
・靴べらが無い。
