Super nice and central hotel. Really good value for money
Pros:

Family suite with separate room for kids. Super comfortable. Exceptional breakfast. Super helpful staff! And super laundry facility.

Cons:

The last night, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Probably came from the ventilation. Could help to be more strict with enforcing no smoking in the hotel.

Very comfortable place, good for family who has young kids
Pros:

Location and the family room. My son loved the family room and slept so well and did not want to leave

Cons:

Overall good on the things need, maybe breakfast can open half an hour earlier? We need to catch up the train at 7:30 could not enjoy the breakfast.

Stylish and well managed hotel
Pros:

Very stylish hotel which is run well by the manager. The staff are polite and helpful. Everything is immaculate and overall there is great attention to detail. We loved the fresh flowers in the entrance hall. The fruit in the room was a nice touch too.

Great buffet breakfast and really convenient for the subway.

Cons:

We didn’t realise that one of the switches turns off all the lights and the air conditioning. It acts as a kill switch. This can be a little confusing in the middle of the night. Perhaps some instruction would be useful for future guests

交通非常便利捷運出口轉個彎就到了
飯店人員非常熱心，並且願意幫忙解決顧客的問題非常熱情主動的來服務顧客真是令人感動的飯店，雖然飯店時間比較舊一點但是優秀的服務人員會讓我們忽略了這些小問題。

Pros:

Staff were super warm and welcoming. Location was fantastic. Just a couple of min walk to the metro and 2 station away from kunming station. Street beside is filled with street foods.

Cons:

Facility is abit old. Water pressure is uneven when come to showering. Bed is hard to our liking. Could be something common in China but the guest beside us at the lobby when check in is smoking despite the no smoking sign and the hotel staff did not stop him either
