Magnifique piscine
Chambre avec très belle vue sur le lac. Déco un peu dépassée et les équipements sanitaires datent un peu. Grand lit un peu trop ferme. Cafetière dans la chambre

L'hôtel est à 20 mn du centre de Lugano à pied. Le parking payant que propose l'hôtel est très pratique. Le personnel est très agréable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié. Nous avons mangé au restaurant le soir et la cuisine est raffinée. La chambre avec terrasse est très bien : la literie est confortable. J'ai également aimé l'accès au lac pour pouvoir se baigner et des frites prêtées par l'hôtel. Et Il y a un nombre suffisant de transat avec des parasols.
Je recommande cet hôtel.

Les chambres sont vieillissantes, mal insonorisées et l’air co très bruyant
Si vous déjeunez à 8h du matin le buffet est magnifique mais si vous arrivez à 9h30 il ne reste quasi plus rien

Location
Waiters not attentive at breakfast and dinner. At 10.05 everything was cleared from breakfast buffet - too bad if you wanted a pastry with your coffee to finish breakfast even though you arrived at breakfast at 9.30.

Amazing location, immaculately clean hotel and great service. The hotel has a unique location and makes the most of it with a great swimming area, outdoor restaurant and swimming/water activities. The bar staff and restaurant staff are very professional.
I would like more of an outdoor bar area, or a shaded place to sit, other than the small space between the indoor bar and the pool. This area wasn't big enough and (to be fair it was Very hot).. was a bit airless. How about building a roof terrace bar? It would be incredibly popular with guest and locals I'm sure! The hotel has the best location on the lake of all the areas and I think it would be good to further capitalise on that.
