J'ai apprécié la qualité du lit et de la douche, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. La salle du petit-déjeuner est chaleureuse.

The location is good and the view is nice
No private parking for the guests. The nearest parking is about 6-7 minutes walking and it is 30 CHF per night. The room I got was right next to construction site which was inconvenient and noisy.
Breakfast was superb, wide choice of food.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Room was nice wth a terrace and lake view.
Great location and only 5 minutes to central Lugano by free, public buses that run every 15 minutes.

Die convenient Küche war zu sehr sichtbar. Fleisch und Fisch waren ok, Gemüse kam aus der Dose. Die Mittags Karte am Pool war ok. Pinsa rauf und runter. Könnte ich täglich essen
