Pros:

there was a delay in the check in, but they made up for it by adding addl check out and upgrade.

Kein gutes Frühstück!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr günstig

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider schlecht,Gemüse sind nicht fresh!mann sieht wie das bläter von insekten ei bewohnt! Lange schwarze Haare auf den Gemüsetopf!aber die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut für shopping,kurze auffenthalt.

It was just so-so. I'll think twice before staying here again.
Pros:

Breakfast has a variety of options. Water pressure and heater are working.

Cons:

I dont even get the purpose of having an online check-in when in fact when we arrived at the hotel lobby, the line for check-in was too long! It took us 1hr+ (mind you we were in the priority lane already since we were with an infant). And when I got to the counter, the staff informed me that the rooms were not yet ready and are still being cleaned. Imagine, we were already in line for 1hr+, check-in is at 2pm, it is past 2:30 pm. Though she initiated looking for the first room to be available but she came back to me advising that the room was cleaned already but is still waiting for a supervisor to inspect it first. Key card isnt functioning, I past my floor, went back to the GF and had to reverify it to the lobby again. One of the staff bumped me in the bfast area and didnt even recognize what he's done. Very disappointing.

La ubicacion, el diseño, desayuno muy variado, personal atento

Cons:

Pedi una cuna, en vez d un colchon pusieron muchas mantas y se notaba por el olor q llevaba mucho tiempo cerrado, no se ventilo, alfinal dormi con mi bebe en la cama

Pleasantly surprising, it was a calm respite in the middle of a busy place.
Pros:

It felt like an oasis in the middle of Araneta Center: quiet, clean, comforting. Breakfast buffet was very good, with a variety of choices for all palates.

Cons:

Lobby and event venue airconditioning were poor. It felt warm and stuffy at the lobby and at the second floor event spaces.
