Pool because the kids loved it. Breakfast, we had a huge and hearty meal.
I really like that the staff were very accommodating of our requests especially because we booked as part of our Mother's Day celebration. The connecting rooms really helped with the experience. Food selection was also greay for both breakfast and lunch and what's great is the access to nearby restaurants and the event venue where we attended the concert.
Since we requested for a connecting room, it took a while to get one of the rooms ready, but all good since we were able to let the time pass whole having lunch.
During our check in, the staff offered 2 single beds, I told her I intentionally booked for the queen/king bed so that's what I wanted. Then she told me, it is not available until 4PM. I asked her why I was not notified ahead of time, why it's not available if it is a reserved booking. She then made a call, let me waited in front of her, then she informed that the only queen/king bed available is the room for seniors/fall risk customers that is why the bathroom has some hand bars on it. I was already losing my patience so I just agreed coz I was already tired that day.
Then in the morning during breakfast, I had to go up in our room and change clothes because I am not aware of the dress code for breakfast. It was not indicated in their website when I did the booking. It would've been better if it was written upfront so it won't be a hassle, coz not all hotels especially here in US got dress code for breakfast buffets.

The hotel was clean and the staff were really nice and friendly. I also liked the buffet—there was a good selection to choose from.
The room didn’t have some basic extras like cotton buds, cotton pads, or a shower cap. Also, instead of the usual small bar soaps, everything was in dispensers, which isn’t really my preference. Oh and there was a stain on the headboard too.
The pool experience was a bit disappointing too. They only allowed the exact number of people registered in the room, which I haven’t really experienced in other hotels. On top of that, we had to pay extra to use the pool, but it was being shared with kids having swimming lessons at the same time, so it didn’t feel very relaxing or worth the extra cost.

I think they should think of like putting a sliding glass door to the shower because of the splatter of the water makes the restroom moist and wet after the shower

Pricey, but lives up to expectations. Clean, quiet and comfortable. All the 'mod cons' for a great stay. Professional staff, great gym and pool. Steps away from a mall, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
Double check your final bill, hotel overcharged me compared to my booking dot com quote. Quickly cleared up upon check-out.
