I always stay here when im in manila. Good location.
The days I spent, i think there was an event. The hotel lobby looks so chaotic and waiting time to get an elevator is too long. Too loud and noisy that time.
I hope they will be more organize in the lobby area. Make it presentable how it looks like, as this the very first thing the guest will see if they will stay in the hotel. First impression lasts.

Housekeeping. I was unhappy that they did not refill the coffee and creamer sachets daily which I know do not cost much.
Amazing service, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Even with my unique appearance which often gains some odd stares from people I felt welcomed and truly respected. The food was REALLY good, wishing had ordered room service more often, still missing the meal I ate there and the very good banana smoothie.

The proximity to Mall and the Coliseum makes it a wonderful place to stay. The location is in the heart of Quezon City. The concierge is great (Jasmine was very accommodating)! The have a great selection at the breakfast buffet (adobo is a must try!). Cocktails at the pool bar tasted amazing!
Holidays are difficult and they can't catch up with the influx of guests. My rooms were turned over 430pm and 4pm (good thing we had 3 rooms reserved). Pool tends to be very full and kids with floaters use the adult pool as well. Best if they can add a pool since the Garden has limited use.
It's a very nice location. Breakfast has a wide selection, the adobo was especially great for me! Must try cocktails at the pool bar!
Very tight parking slot but not a major issue. I wish check out is easier and holidays should be managed properly.

Nothing, everything is perfect
We really enjoyed the hotel’s convenient location, which made it easy to access nearby establishments. The facilities were excellent, our kids especially loved the pool, and it was a great way for them to relax and have fun. We also appreciated that the gym is open 24 hours, which is very convenient for guests with different schedules. The staff were consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. As for the breakfast buffet, although the dining area can get quite crowded during peak hours, the food selection was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
None. Overall, we had a very pleasant and satisfying stay.
