Great location and staff - poor food.
Pros:

Location was great, we were the staff who were lovely and attentive.

Cons:

Food was really not very good - yes lots of range but honestly lack of flavour, use of ultra processed ingredients etc but this is probably a function of the food in the Philippines being pretty bad. I was expecting more from a four star hotel.

My room was located near the pool 715, so I could still hear the mini “concert “ outside while I was trying to get my sleep

Pros:

The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, very convenient location and great breakfast buffet. The buffet has good variety. The staff were polite and attentive. One of the great hotels to stay.

Cons:

The pool is not heated it would be nice if the pool can keep a temperaturr where kids will not shiever or get cold after getting off the pool.
