Assisting excellent.
Pros:

I really like my stay , I forgot the name ( male) he is very nice assisting me , he arranged my stay, and arranged my slice birthday cake completely, free of charge advance check-in too.When I’m checking out FAR is so nice and so friendly assisting me .Communication is so positive.Please give 5 stars to Male ( search his name please , and FAR . Thank you so much .

Cons:

The service from Gourmet Bar is SLOW. The table setting was not ready. They keep me waiting .

The towels were not white anymore, it looks old and not soft. The bfast buffet were good but it could've been better. More improvement.

Pros:

Professional staff attentive to your needs and requests. Staff also makes every effort to greet you if passing by. Front desk personnel are very accommodating, friendly, professional and prompt.
Facilities are clean and every detail is given attention. Rooms are very nice and the pillows are very comfortable. Probably the best pillows I have ever had. It’s quiet in the halls and staff open door for you every time you exit or enter the building. A real nice touch of class.
