Pros:

The hotel failed to let me know they were under construction. Also I came home to my ceiling leaking causing a huge flood in my room. The hotel was not willing to reimburse me for their inconvenience. The staff wasn’t super friendly but I liked the location of the hotel and the pool

We chose this stay because we knew we would be exploring different areas everyday. The location had a 7-11 close by and local food stalls (but not so much for vegetarian/vegan). Luckily the food did not have the tourist pricing since it’s not in a common area. We enjoyed the pool with kiddie pool for relaxing. The rooms are decent and so is the wifi, but there’s soap scum and not the most rigorous cleaning happening. We managed and we’re not regretful of our decision to stay a little further away.

A little out of the way but worth it
Pros:

Upon arriving, we were greeted by the friendly staff. We got into our room and it was clean. The beds here in Thailand are hard however for some reason you could feel the springs at this place which was not comfortable at all.
The pool was nice and clean, along with the fitness center.
This hotel also has availability to rent a motorbike (300 baht with 3000 baht) to get around as there is not a lot to do in the area. There are however great little restaurants and vendors in the area. The hotel also has a restaurant that is good if you don't feel like getting out. They do have a breakfast buffet available for 150 baht but we never made it down to check it out.
Overall, good place to stay.

Ideal for functional stay in a quiet small town

Large room, friendly staff, 24 hours reception. IDeal for onze night stay in you need to leave in the morning at the bus terminal 2.

The hotel is absolutely lovely, wasn't quite finished when we stayed but will be even better when it is. Restaurant was cheap and extremely good for evening meals, not so good for breakfast. Location isn't too convenient for walking places but the local bus from terminal 2 is cheap and quite an adventure.

Awesome hotel with great breakfast. Room was exactly like in pictures. Pool and gym was fantastic. Bargain for such a price! The only minus is location, because it is far from beaches and town. But you can rent a motorbike so that's not a big problem!
