Important information:

Please note that the sauna is closed on Wednesdays. For this Lunar New Year only, the sauna will be closed for two days, January 29th and 30th (Wednesday and Thursday).

Please note that breakfast will not be served from 12 March 2020 until further notice.

During the Lunar New Year, our sauna will be closed. Affected dates are February 1 and 2, 2022.

Maintenance work of the elevator will be carried out from June 2nd to 4th.

We inform our guests that the sauna at our hotel will not be open for 5 days from July 28th to August 1st due to vacation.

The sauna is closed from 06/10/2025 to 08/10/2025.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is perfect, and the staff genuinely tried to be professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a big disappointment.

Cons:

First of all, the rooms practically have no real windows. The glass is covered with a dark film, so no natural sunlight comes inside, and it’s impossible to open the windows. There is supposedly air conditioning in the room, but guests cannot control it themselves — you have to ask the reception to turn it on or off. As a result, the room feels like an aquarium, with almost no fresh air at all.

The housekeeping staff also did not clean the rooms properly. In addition, the rooms are extremely noisy — you can hear every sound from the neighboring rooms, including the toilet. Overall, despite the excellent location, the stay was far below expectations

I didn’t expect this hotel with affordable rate turns out to be better than my expectations.
Pros:

Has Sauna, body lotions for male and female. Even bath sponge.

Cons:

Pros:

L'emplacement était idéal car nous avons pu faire une partie de nos visites à pied. Également il y a deux stations de métros à moins de 10 minutes a pieds.
Enfin la chambre était bien grande ce qui est pratique pour faire des valises en voyage.
Il y a une fontaine à eau dans le couloir et le personnel distribue aussi des bouteilles d'eau quotidiennement.
Plusieurs produits sont mis à disposition : savon, shampoing, crème pour le corps, brosse a dents et dentifrice, rasoir, ...

Cons:

Le personnel du soir à l'accueil n'est pas très agréable. Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé

近くに飲食店も新羅免税店も近く交通も便利です

毎回ここでも良いと思っていましたが　夜間のスタッフの対応の不親切さなどを考えると次回は他のホテルを検討しようと思います

とても気に入っていて3回目の宿泊です
サウナがあるので旅の疲れを取るのにもとても良く
ここのところの渡韓では毎回お世話になっています

Cons:

古いホテルですが、いつもお掃除が行き届いていて、部屋も広く快適でしたが、今回は予約が埋まっていたためいつもと違うタイプの部屋しか空いておらずやむを得ず取った部屋のタイプでしたが
まずコンセントタップと空調の汚れが酷かったのと
水回りが洗面所の流れも悪かったり
トイレのウォシュレットから水漏れがありズボンの裾を捲らないと濡れてしまう状態でした。

Best Value for money
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Bath also with provided amneties. Very nice staff and service. Also there was a water dispenser free to use anytime.

Cons:

Maybe a bit of more accessible wall plugs in the room i.e near bed with USB inlets.

部屋が広かった！フロントの方は日本語分かるので心強かったです。
お水も冷蔵庫に人数分あって助かりました。
