Our stay was comfortable. We had a plane to catch in the morning so we needed a place to stay. This place seem to be accommodating for three persons. The check-in process was fast and easy. We were walked to our room and shown how everything worked. The hotel was close to the Mall TESCO LOTUS and local fresh market (some cooked food and market where locals shop for meat/fresh veg/fruits). It was very good and inexpensive. The hotel host was lovely. She told us where to find these places. She also cooks at the hotel but we did not eat there.

I booket one night for 5 persons. When we arrived, it was only two dubles. They wanted to charge extra for å madrass on the flor. After å long discussion, l got it for Free. Hotels.com was helpfull and solved the situation.The rooms was clean, the beds extremely hard, the price was low.

Had an ant infestation which wasn't nice.
Wasn't close to much but used for bus station in the morning.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a great short stay. Close to tesco and central plaza. Staff very polite.

Really good hotel for one night before a flight. Very very friendly staff! Not one fault with the hotel! Just lacked a kettle! No issues as had hot water at reception!

This place is just off of a main highway, about 5 minutes outside of downtown Surat Thani. And although the room and building isn't extremely fancy, it is one of the cleanest and most enjoyable hotels that my wife and I stayed while in Thailand. The manager/owner is what really made it great. She actually walked us down the street to a nearby restaurant because the hotel restaurant had just closed. And she made sure we had a taxi and knew where to go to get a ferry to Koh Phangan. And the elevator made it easy to take our luggage up to the 5th floor.
I wish every hotel was like this one, especially with such a kind and helpful manager.

Near shopping, market, food court swimming pool-60 baht, convenient store under the hotel. No boiler, shampoo, cup or dryer. Refrigerator is good. But water in sink and shower are slow. No smoking. Clean. New mitsu lift. Recommend.

Meille hotelli oli ainoastaan yhde yön pysähdyspaikka ennen matkan jatkumista, joten kovin paljoa emme huoneelta vaatineet. Hinta-laatutaso oli mielestäni kohdillaan; huone oli puhdas ja siisti, huoneessa oli oma vessa ja jääkaapissa jopa valmiiksi vesipullot. Alue vaikutti illalla hieman hämärältä, hotelli sijaitsi pienellä kujalla. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja ystävällistä.

Lovely place, extremely helpful staff with excellent English language skills.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel übernachtet und es hat uns seht gut gefallen. Ausschlaggebend für die Buchung waren der top Preis und die guten Bewertungen sowie die Lage zur Busankunft. Wir hatten ein geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit gut funktionierendem W-Lan inklusive einem gratis Wasser. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und half uns bei Taxibuchung und sonstigen Anliegen. In 5-10min zu Fuß erreicht man eine große Einkaufsmall, einen großen Tesco Lotus und den Früchtemarkt. Das Stadtzentrum und der Nachtmarkt liegen ca. 5km vom Hotel entfernt. Zum Flughafen (ca. 20km) haben wir ein Taxi genommen, was mit dem Taximeter zu zweit insgesamt zwischen 250 - 300 Baht kostet.
Hierfür haben wir für 60 Baht pro Strecke ein Tuk Tuk genommen. Unsere sehr guten Erfahrungen führen zu einer 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Clean hotel. Good location as its 50 THB taxi from Central Plaza Shopping Centre and the Lomprayah bus station. Good value for money. Only bad thing was the roosters across the street keeping me awake from 4am. I didn't expect that.
