Estafa
Pros:

Nos estafaron. Llegamos a hacer el check in 19h. después de todo un día de viaje, habiendo hecho este reserva con casi un mes de antelación. Nos "atendió un hombre" que dijo que no tenía disponibilidad. Al decirle que teníamos reserva solo decía: no no no! (Todo con el traductor porque solo hablaba su idioma). Al pedirle que anulara nuestra reserva nos decia: no no no! Que la teníamos que anular nosotros... Hice el reclamo a booking.com y ellos me mandaron a reclamar a Agoda.. pero claro, para reclamar en Agoda necesito una reserva en Agoda... Y mi reserva es de booking.com.. Todo mal!

Pros:

На одну ночь пойдёт, в номере стоял сильный запах мочи, как будто номер не убирал и туалет очень давно, у одеяла нет пододеяльника что тоже не комфортно

Pros:

Super gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Waschgelegenheit für Kleidung direkt in der Unterkunft. Jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kaffe, Tee und kleine Snacks wie Toast mit Marmelade und Bananen täglich kostenlos verfügbar.

Friendly staff, really nice bedroom space!

Cons:

Bathroom was not particularly clean or modern. Balcony door didn’t seem secure, had a dodgey lock. Various areas with ants.

Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Surat Thani to catch a boat!
Pros:

We only stayed for 1 night to catch a boat the next morning but the location was perfect, lots of shops, night markets etc around! The room was perfect for a nights stay and clean!
