Imposible ducharse con agua caliente

En general, la habitación era normal, para pasar una noche aceptable.

Cons:

No nos pudimos duchar porque no había agua caliente. Estuvimos una hora esperando a ver si llegaba el agua caliente, pero fue imposible (con el consiguiente retraso que acumulamos en nuestro viaje).

Al reclamar, nos encontramos que la misma persona que atendía el bar (con bastante gente) estaba en recepción, así que de nuevo a esperar un buen rato para ser atendidos.

Se nos indicó que se había dado aviso del problema a las 8h. De las cuatro personas que eramos, pasadas las 10h se pudo duchar una persona con agua ligeramente templada (el resto ya no pudo porque no podíamos retrasar más el viaje).

En resumen, a un alojamiento tan solo le pido poder dormir con tranquilidad y asearse. El 50% no lo pude hacer, pero yo pagué el 100% de la habitación.
