Gute Lage , kein Zimmer nach hinten !
Cons:

Zimmer nach hinten sehr laut durch Belüftungsanlage an Hinterseite des Hauses . Offenes Fenster war nicht möglich .
Personal am Tresen wenig informiert über die Umgebung

Lage ist einfach top! Direkt am Dom, mitten in der Stadt! Zum feiern hervorragend! ;-)
Frühstück haben wir nachgebucht. Und das hat sich gelohnt!!! Für mich das beste Frühstück von meinen letzten Aufenthalten in anderen Hotels! Wirklich super! Auswahl, Frische....es ist alles da! Kaffee total lecker!

The perfect base to experience the magic of Cologne at Christmas.
Pros:

Perfect location! You face the Cologne Cathedral the moment you leave the hotel. During the Christmas season, you step right into the heart of the festive markets. The hotel’s central location and proximity to other Christmas markets are truly amazing. The view from our room was spectacular, with the Cathedral and the Christmas markets visible from our window.

The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were very helpful; they immediately assisted us when we requested extra heating. We stayed as two families (adults only) in two separate rooms and had a wonderful time. Just a heads-up: the partner parking was inaccessible due to heavy holiday traffic, but everything else was perfect.

Großartig, klassisch und sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Sehr gut, wunderschöne Lage aber in die Kahre gekommen. Trotzdem sehr schön ausgestattet, geräumig und mit allem was man braucht. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wurde über die Jahre nur modifiziert und angepasst und das sieht und merkt man auch.
