Friendly staff at wonderful location for visiting the old city of Cologne
Pros:

The location is excellent, easy walking distance from the main train station and essentially across the street from the famous gothic cathedral.

Cons:

There's only one elevator, and it can sometimes be a little slow, but this is a very small point.

Great place to stay and good value for money.
Pros:

The warmth reception of the staff when we arrived. The location is right smack on the centre of the city and within walking distance from everything, the train station, the Cologne Cathedral, downtown area. There are a lot of eating places around that you don't have to go far to have something to eat. We had a view of the cathedral from our room which was great. We were able to check-in early without additional cost like other hotels would do, so a big thank you for the management. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests visiting Cologne.

Cons:

Nothing to say. We were satisfied with our stay and had a good night sleep.

Good stay in a wonderful room with great staff but the WiFi was weak and the shower drain needs attention.
Pros:

Location and comfortable quite room with excellent staff.

Cons:

Wifi was weak and we were dropped from the hotel's WiFi daily. Also, the shower drain was very slow. We had to stop our showers briefly so as not to flood the bathroom floor.

Perfekt für eine Dienstreise. Man kann den Geschäftspartner die schönste Seit von Köln zeigen.
Pros:

Lage perfekt, direkt neben dem Dom. Ich habe auch ein Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Dom. Es sind viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Trotzdem ist sehr ruhig im Zimmer.
