Tout était humide et très inconfortable.
J’ai effectué ma réservation la veille et, le jour de mon arrivée pour le check-in vers 19h-20h, on m’a informée que la chambre n’était pas prête et que je devais attendre qu’elle soit nettoyée, alors que j’étais déjà presque en retard pour mon rendez-vous. Et que normalement le Check-in c’est à 16h.
Après avoir attendu environ 30 minutes, je suis retournée à la réception et la chambre n’était toujours pas disponible. 😞
Ce n’est qu’après 45 minutes à 1 heure que la situation a été réglée.
Cependant, la chambre qui m’a été attribuée était dans un état très inconfortable : draps humides, serviettes humides, forte odeur d’humidité. Il m’a été impossible d’y dormir.
De retour d’une fête, j’ai finalement dû quitter l’établissement et libérer la chambre, l’inconfort ne me permettant pas d’y rester.
La partie GH rénovée semble correcte, mais l’ancien Pullman nécessite vraiment des améliorations. Les traces d’humidité, notamment sur les murs de la douche, sont à revoir.
Nous payons pour un certain niveau de confort. Merci de bien vouloir offrir aux clients la qualité de service correspondant au prix payé. À revoir, service client nul, concierges des compliments flatteurs et énervant comme s’il demandait de l’argent de manière polie, en tout cas pas professionnel.

Le séjour s'est bien passé, la salle de sport et la piscine sont agréables et en bon état. Le fait d'avoir plusieurs restaurants est vraiment appréciable.

Cons:

Impossibilité d'ajouter une nuitée au même tarif dans la réservation.
Obligation de refaire une réservation via Booking.
