Great Stay
Pros:

The service was incredible! Everyone at the front desk was so nice and accommodating, especially AL! He helped us get checked in early and quickly! Can’t wait to come back.

Really great break and very comfortable stay
Pros:

The Soho location suited us as it was quieter than some other locations in New York. Access to the subway was easy and the shop and restaurant were great as we used them a fair amount. The room was very clean and the shower was powerful. It was a fabulous stay so very happy.

Cons:

The room was small and no storage. There was a small hanger between the beds but most of our clothes had to stay in the suitcase. Also not a fan of glass bathroom doors.

Other Rooms over the terrace room are nicer
Pros:

Just checked in on my third visit in 18 months to this hotel… as always reception are friendly and helpful.

I have the terrace room which I am not impressed by, it definitely needs some maintenance and the room is tiny and quite uninviting!

I’ve previously stayed in a suite and courtyard king which were a lot nicer.

Slightly disappointed I’ll be stuck in this room for the next 2 nights!

Great Services, and friendly staff!
Pros:

Super friendly and responsive staff. Had an issue with the toilet running (it happens!), called the front desk, and got dispatched to the hotel services, who sent Hector up, who came super quickly. He was friendly, and solved the issue. Thank you!

Fijn hotel in toffe buurt!
Pros:

Perfect SoHo Stay for a Solo Traveller

I had a great stay at Arlo SoHo, it’s exactly what you want if you’re staying in SoHo and especially great for a solo traveller. The location is ideal, and the overall vibe of the hotel matches the neighborhood: lively, energetic, and constantly bustling.

A standout from my stay was Al at the front desk. Despite the hotel being at high occupancy, he was incredibly accommodating. He managed to get me into a better room early so I could take a work call, which I really appreciated. He handled everything with kindness and ease, and it made a big difference in my experience.

The only downside was the elevators. It seemed like only two were working, which led to longer wait times, especially with how busy the hotel was. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely noticeable during peak times.

Overall, I’d absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a well located, vibrant place to stay in SoHo, especially if you’re traveling solo.
