Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, buenas opciones de desayuno, personal agradable, hasta tiene un pequeño mercado 24 horas para poder comprar algunos snacks.

Cons:

Principalmente el lugar para el guardado de ropa, no tiene placard, armario, o cajones. Solo se puede dejar la valija en el piso y apoyar cosas en la cama. Además, se podría mejorar un poco las cortinas para bloquear la luz matinal.

Good location, good rooms, great staff.
Pros:

We were only there for two nights and enjoyed it. The location is great and the hotel overall is quite nice. Great staff and we especially enjoyed the lobby bar.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans SOHO, près de plusieurs métros. Greenwich Village et Financial District accessibles à pieds. Café dans le lobby qui propose des boissons chaudes et froides et des snacks toute la journée, très pratique et service sympathique. le rooftop est super, dommage qu'il ne soit pas ouvert avant 16h

Cons:

Chambre minuscule! Aucun placard ni tiroir pour ranger les vêtements. Heureusement que j'étais seule: impossible de tenir à deux dans cette chambre. Le lit, supposé être un Queen, était plus petit que ça à mon avis. On se sent vite enfermé dans une boîte à chaussures...

Not a good experience.
Cons:

window did not seal shut so street noise all night. Hotel feels very unclean and old. Staff did not help with luggage despite watching me struggle to move my bags in from the taxi. Checked out after 1 night. Blind in room was broken so no blackout

Ok but I wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Very clean. Quiet at night for NYC. Good location close to a lot of restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

One elevator was not working, it took a long time for guests to go up to rooms because of the long lines of customers going up to the rooftop bar during the holiday weekend. Restaurant hotel staff charged my card on file without authorization for a stranger’s expensive meal and alcohol (I never ordered anything from the restaurant). Thankfully it was resolved before I left, but nonetheless a waste of time and frustrating to deal with.
