The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. I felt very welcomed, as soon as I stepped in the doorbell man offered his assistance.
My second time staying at Arlo but my first time at the SOHO location. Really loved this hotel and big shoutout to Shawn for upgrading my room to have a nicer view for my bday.

Came for a business meeting. The meeting room was spacious and food options were yummy.
The staff were so attentive! I especially appreciated the help at the end of my trip. My bags were SUPERRRR heavy and Joel kindly supported me right from when I was checking out to loading them into my uber. This was a great stay no notes 🙂↕️

The location is good
The bathroom door does not fully close so if you're travelling as a couple, there's no privacy when using the toilet ... plus the beds are right by the window, so if you want any privacy you need to keep the blinds down. Finally, the hotel charged $27 per movie we watched without clearly communicating it, which seems excessive! Can't recommend it and won't stay here again.
