Lovely building and courtyard...friendly staff. But lacking traveller needs in the winter months.

Cons:

Tea/coffee facilities lacking in room. Was not informed of cafe and restaurant closure. Had to look elsewhere for something to eat....not impressed.

El emplazamiento es inmejorable. Todo muy limpio y buena atención del personal del hotel

Es caro para el nivel de servicio y prestaciones que ofrece, también muy caro el menú del restaurante. no me ha parecido ver a gente coniendo o cenando, sin duda los precios creo que algo tienen que ver con ello

La ubicación es perfecta con sitio para aparcar en los alrededores.
Las zonas comunes muy bonitas y cuidadas, sobre todo el claustro.
La cama cómoda.

Cons:

Primeramente decir que el señor que nos atendió en recepción, me pareció muy poco educado, había hecho mal la reserva y me lo dijo de muy mal modo.
La habitación que nos pusieron estaba muy descuidada, alfombra, vieja, el aire no funcionaba… Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación.
Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, necesita mucha reforma.
El desayuno tampoco es nada del otro mundo, muy básico para un Hotel de cuatro estrellas.
