Quartos velhos, alcatifas sujas, quartos barulhentos, obras às 8 da manhã. Pequeno almoço fraco sem cozinha, para um 4 estrelas não faz sentido.

Somos clientes desde hace tiempo.
Por enfermedad hacia tiempo que no viajabamos.

A destacar la comodidad de la cama, como siempre.

Cons:

La suciedad de la habitación y el deterioro.....
Había tanto polvo que pasé parte de la noche con la alergia a tope. La moqueta con agujeros....muebles destrozados....

Lamentamos el deterioro del establecimiento.

Muy buen hotel, buena ubicación y con un servicio excelente.
Pros:

La atención del personal de recepción , sobre todo a la llegada, fue excepcional. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien

Cons:

Hay algunos detalles que desmerecen algo el entorno (el somier de nuestra habitación estaba viejo y algo raído)
