Sehr freundliches Personal,vom Empfang über das Reinigungsfachpersonal über Frühstücksservice.
Sehr saubere Zimmer, Klimaanlage, trotz lebendiger Lage wunderbar ruhig. Gute Matratzen ,hervorragende Lage und ein phantastisches Frühstück. Dieses Hotel ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin.

Easy to get to, hassle free stay
Pros:

Nice room, great blinds to keep light away and good shower.the location is fabulous, right off the train station and cathedral, plenty os restaurants right outside the door.

Cons:

Price was a little high, but it was the time of the year.

alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral gelegen, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Rhein und am Hauptbahnhof.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und wurde auch immer aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber.

Cons:

das Abendliche Ambiente konnte nur von der im Gastraum genossen werden, man wurde am Abend höflich gebeten sich nach innen zu begeben. Am Abend gibt es keinen Ausschank mehr draußen.

Es gibt schönere Orte als Köln um einen Urlaub zu verbringen.

In der Innenstadt gelegen.

Cons:

Das Angebot für das vergünstigte Parken wurde beworben, war dann aber nicht verfügbar. Auf Nachfrage kam keine Reaktion. Also hier nochmals 12 € an Mehrkosten.

Jammer van het hotel, maar wel genoten in de stad.
Pros:

Unieke ligging, middenin het centrum

Cons:

Airconditioning werkt niet voldoende. Verdamper dichtgevroren en ventilator blaast nauwelijks. Gemeld bij receptie, maar halen hun schouders op. Tweede verdieping erg warm en dit nagevraagd bij andere bewoners.

Centralt, roligt værelse tæt på Köln Dome
Pros:

Meget centralt tæt på Dome. Roligt og lydsvagt. Vores to små hunde var velkomne overalt på hotellet.
Meget venligt personale og dejlig morgenmad. Dejligt stort og rummeligt værelse.

Cons:

Hotelbaren lukkede tidligt, det var dog ikke et problem da der var masser af andre åbne steder på torvet.
