All in all I really enjoy coming to this hotel.
Pros:

I have been coming here for 20 years. The loction is excellent. It is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I only eat a small breakfast and so I go elsewhere for that as it is a set price at the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms no longer have kettles.

Pros:

Staff was very good, very helpful and always available.
They also upgraded our room and gave us fantastic view to the Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Made it a greater experience with my daughter to make her first visit to London she will always remember.
Our stay was overall very pleasant and comfortable.
It was quite good value for money.

Cons:

Needs an urgent carpet renovation since there was a strong smell coming from the floor.

Pros:

- Emplacement absolument idéal pour profiter du centre de Londres. On peut en profiter à pied, bien que le métro soit à deux pas. C'est le gros point fort de l'hôtel.
- La gentillesse du Monsieur à la consigne de bagages.

Cons:

J'étais surprise car je suis venue régulièrement dans cet hôtel dans le passé. Depuis, la consigne de bagages est devenue payante (10£ par objet), plus de thé ou de café ni de bouilloire dans les chambres, personnel plutôt froid, lenteur des ascenseurs.

Fuyez - Extrêmement décevant
Pros:

Le seul point positif était l’emplacement car on se trouve proche du British Museum à environ 2min à pieds, environ 5 du quartier Soho et moins de 10min pour Chinatown.

Cons:

Aucune information préalable sur les travaux en cours. Aucune signalétique claire dans l’hôtel. Sur quatre ascenseurs, un était en panne, et il y avait toujours une attente interminable.
Lors de l’arrivée en chambre, il y avait encore un essuie usagé et trempé derrière la porte de la salle de bain. Lorsque l’on fait la remarque au personnel, ils répondent « Autre chose? » sans la moindre considération. Il n’y a pas de brosse pour toilette dans la chambre.Pas de climatisation dans les chambres, même en plein de mois de février il faisait une chaleur insoutenable dans la chambre. Le débit d’eau de la douche est infime et la température pas réglable. À noter aussi que les prises près du lit se situent en plein milieu du lit, entre les oreillers, niveau sécurité on repassera.
Nous avons mis l’affiche pour ne pas faire notre chambre car c’était un court séjour, mais notre chambre avait tout de même était faite. Cependant nos affaires personnelles n’étaient pas rangées car ce n’était pas prévu. Lorsque l’on fait la remarque, encore, ils disent qu’il suffisait de mettre l’affiche. Et quand on répond que justement ça a été fait, ils continuent l’indifférence.
On avait demandé le premier jour s’il y avait un service de bagagerie pour le dernier jour, on nous avait répondu positivement. Le dernier jour. Lorsqu’on se renseigne pour savoir où allez, ils font un vulgaire signe de la maison en continuant de regarder sur leur ordinateur. Et quelle surprise de voir que le système de bagagerie est payant à raison de 10 livres par bagage!!!!!!!!!!!

Property not as advertised, poor value for money
Pros:

Booked hotel because of location

Cons:

Room was not as Booking.com advertised in pictures. Room was inferior, cramped. Shower head adjustment didn’t work, shower curtain couldn’t be pulled back. Basin shelf too low so couldn’t wash face. Rooms not serviced until 4th day.

Not worth the already cheap price.
Pros:

The location is excellent

Cons:

The room was so outdated it was shocking! The bed was so old the mattress was basically dust at this point. The bathroom was falling to bits, a screw was hanging out the one of the panels, the shower door only opens half way making it so difficult to get in and out the shower with out scraping your skin on the metal frame. The TV was far to small, the carpet had been worn down to nothing and the door had zero soundproofing. And the lifts take far too long and are far to small for the amount of guests.

Recensione onesta.
La posizione è la cosa migliore, siete completamente al centro di Londra e potete muovervi benissimo a piedi o con la metro, che è praticamente sotto l’hotel.
Per quanto riguarda la stanza, ovviamente dipende da quale scegli, la nostra era piccolina ma per dormirci e lavarci non era male.
La pulizia migliorabile, non è il massimo, inoltre il secondo giorno non ci hanno rifatto la camera e abbiamo usato gli stessi asciugamani (ve ne lasciano solo uno a testa) e la carta igienica era quasi finita…
Il deposito bagagli c’è ma è un furto pagare 12£ a BAGAGLIO, quindi se siete in coppia e giustamente avete due valigie pagherete 24£.

Ve lo consiglio solo per la posizione.

Third stay at this hotel. Previous 2 stays had been excellent, but recent change of ownership has significantly lowered
