Location is perfect for a short break in London, close to a lot of the main attractions and shopping
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. Easy check in and check out. Brilliant location. Lovely views of London. Great to have a fridge in the room.

Cons:

No tea/coffee making facilities for that early morning cuppa.

The accommodation was great, and the location as well.
> The elevators were poorly managed – out of four, only one was working the whole time, so we had to use the stairs.
> The rooms were not cleaned during our stay and they didn’t refill the toilet paper.

booked hotel with booking.com in Nov 25, arrived may 26, would not accept our book-in time 14-00, told to wait until 15-00 and would cost £10 to look after each case until check-in time, check-out times were also different and could cost more if wanted late-check-out, also had to ask for a kettle and tea making facility's which had always been provided by St Giles when we have stayed before.

Well located, near underground and Oxford street.

Cons:

Have to queue for elevators that are generally full and slow. No cleaning for the room during the 5-day stay. Checkout at 10:00, and they even sent someone to knock at 09:00 as a reminder. Had to pay 10 pounds to leave our bag at luggage storage.

The location is perfect. The beds are confortable. AC works well. Fridge in the room.the bathroom is small but very clean. Everything is working well.

Cons:

The towels are horrible, i would have liked to have a water heater in the room.
