Bequemes Stadthotel mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Zu allerst die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals (trotz der nachfolgend geschilderten Begebenheit), direkt danach: die Lage, Lage, Lage! Zentraler geht es kaum, denn vom Hotel aus erreicht man die Innenstadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in ein paar Minuten. Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über zahlreiche eigene Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig!). Die Betten sind gut, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und das Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche bietet ausreichend Platz und Ablagefläche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und wird immer wieder zeitnah aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Wir hatten unsere Zimmer im vierten Stock des der Rezeption gegenüberliegenden Gebäudes. Am zweiten Tag streikte der Fahrstuhl in diesem Gebäude und wir mussten die vier Stockwerke zu Fuß bewältigen. Erst später bekamen wir heraus, dass es eine Verbindung zum eigentlichen Hotelgebäude - mit funktionierendem Fahrstuhl - gibt. Diesen Hinweis hätten wir uns frühzeitig vom Hotelpersonal gewünscht.

Gelungenes Wochenende in Trier
Pros:

Perfekt gelegen, mitten in der Stadt. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Im Doppelzimmer (speziell für Rollstuhlfahrer) hätte ich mir dennoch einen zweiten Sessel gewünscht.

Lokalizacja

Cons:

Brak żelu pod prysznicem. W nocy gorąco, nie działał nawiew. Nie było w holu maszyny do kawy, tylko termos. Wodę do pokoju wręczyli w recepcji ciepła w kartonowych pudełkach i dali dwa kubeczki z cienkiego plastiku. Tak jak nie ma w pokojach lodówek , poprosiłam o wiaderko z lodem, ale też nie było takiej możliwości. Byłam w innych miejscach w hotelach tej firmy o standardzie styl i było o wiele lepiej.

Budget in every sense, except for the price of the room.
Pros:

The location is good. Airco works fine.

Cons:

The lay out of the room and the price. No cupboard. There are fold-down shelves you can put your stuff on, but if you use them you can’t walk around the bed. No cups in the bathroom. WiFi is a nightmare. Intermittent working at best.

De locatie was echt geweldig. Kamer was schoon en er was een fijne grote badkamer.

Cons:

Kamer wel erg ongezellig en zonder enige extra’s zoals een koelkastje, beker in de badkamer of waterkoker op de kamer.

Parking, room,shower, rooms where not cleaned during the stay of 3 nights , even trash bins was not emptied. Bed was uncomfortable, I am pregnant and I couldn’t sleep in that bed. Really disappointed with this stay.

Geweldig.
Pros:

De ligging was geweldig, midden in het centrum van de stad. De kamers waren uitzonderlijk ruim, met hoge plafonds. Ze waren bovendien comfortabel en verzorgd ingericht. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd, met een redelijk ruime keuze, en geweldige koffie.

Gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, nur der Bahnhof ist nicht nahe. Das Zimmer war schön und gut nutzbar mit guter sanitärer Ausstattung.
Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice fand nicht statt. Keine Reinigung des Zimmers , kein Austausch der Handtücher etc.
