Ideale Lage zur Altstadt und einfache Zufahrt zum Hotel. Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel.

Bijna niets. Eigen parking wat krap en je kunt je plaats verliezen als je wegrijdt.
Een extra tabouret in de badkamer zou gemakkelojk zijn.
Tip: neem ezn familiekamer, die is zeer ruim.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, sogar makellos. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls hervorragend gepflegt. Die Matratze hat mir sehr gut gefallen, und die Bettwäsche hat wunderbar frisch geduftet. Die Einrichtung war ein schöner Akzent und das Gebäude selbst war sehr ansprechend. Außerdem lag alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Lo mejor fue la ubicación y la habitación tiene suficiente espacio para una familia con dos niños. El personal del desayuno fue muy amable.

En general, la estancia fue agradable; sin embargo, nos gustaría señalar una situación que consideramos importante mejorar.

La atención de la recepcionista del turno de la tarde no fue la más adecuada. En varios momentos, su trato resultó poco amable. Por ejemplo, insinuó que no queríamos pagar por una persona adicional, le comentamos que habíamos enviado un mensaje con antelación para avisar de la persona extra y al revisarla dijo que estaba bien, más tarde, cuando solicitamos una colcha extra por teléfono, nos cuestionó sobre cuántas personas habíamos pagado y cuántas almohadas y colchas había en la habitación, lo cual nunca nos había pasado en otro hotel.

La comunicación puede hacer una gran diferencia en la experiencia del huésped, por el contrario, la recepcionista de la mañana fue sumamente amable, por eso es difícil poner una mala calificación.

Por otro lado, durante nuestra estancia no hubo servicio de internet. Comprendemos que este tipo de situaciones puede ocurrir ocasionalmente, por lo que no es en sí un problema grave.
