Einzig und allein die Lage

Cons:

Personal war recht harsch und unfreundlich im Tonfall. Service beim Frühstück unterirdisch. Ständig fehlte etwas oder war einfach verbraucht. Der aufgerufene Preis steht in keinen Verhältnis zum Angebot und Ambiente.

Ansprechendes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Fussgängerzone, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Check-in schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert.
Das Zimmer sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Sehr ansprechendes, freundliches Design. Modernes Badezimmer, alles super sauber. Bequeme Betten. Es gibt einen kleinen Safe, was ja auch immer nützlich ist.

Kaffee, Tee und Äpfel stehen den ganzen Tag kostenfrei an der Rezeption zur Verfügung.

Wir waren mit mehreren Freunden in der Stadt und jeder übernachtete in einem anderen Hotel. Ich sonnte mir daher alle anschauen und muss sagen, meine Wahl war die beste.

Cons:

Schön wäre noch ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Aber ehrlich gesagt ist das auch kein muss.

Wir würden wiederkommen
Pros:

Die Kaffee- und Teebar haben wir als sehr positiv empfunden. Auch die Lage ist 1A. Das Decor im Zimmer ist schön. Modern, aber mit verweise auf das historische Gebäude und die Römergeschichte der Stadt. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und auch das Frühstück hat uns zufrieden gestellt.

Cons:

Der Preis pro Nacht war dann doch recht hoch. Vorallem für mitte März. Auch die Parkgebühr ist sehr hoch. Die Matratze dürfte ausgetauscht werden. Die Hydraulische Türschließer war sehr stramm eingestellt. Jedes Öffnen der Tür war ein Kraftakt.
