Die Räume sind kaum beheizt. Die Temperatur lässt sich auch nicht einstellen bzw. es ist kein Heizkörper da zum justieren. Sonst passt es, im Sinter aber besser woanders hin.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral mitten in der Stadt – alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig.

Cons:

Der gebuchte Zimmerservice kam während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nie zum Einsatz, obwohl er Teil der Buchung war. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, da man sich bewusst für diesen Service entscheidet.

Zusätzlich war der Duschkopf im Badezimmer defekt und ist ständig heruntergerutscht, was das Duschen sehr unangenehm gemacht hat. Solche grundlegenden Mängel sollten in einem Hotel nicht vorkommen.

Tolle Zimmer und die Lage ist einfach super! Würden wir wieder buchen.

Cons:

Eine Automatenkaffeemaschine für so viele Gäste war mehr als ungenügend. Man musste Schlange stehen, um einen Kaffee zu bekommen. Das Thema wäre einfach zu lösen, wenn man "normalen" Filterkaffee in Kannen pro Tisch anbieten würde. Und wer Cappuccino etc. haben will, kann den Automat benutzen ...
