Great Value and wonderful service, prime location to walking distance without the extra price.
Pros:

From the Doorman to the front desk, the staff were wonderful! Walking distance to the Zocalo and Oxo, Coffee shop across the street.

Cons:

The towels for the pool could have been more accessible without having to leave the room key. Also quality of the pool towels could be better, softer.

Check-in was excellent. We arrived on a Subday, so the restaurant was closed. The young woman at the front desk did not speak English, but she was extremely helpful and kind and we were able to order food delivery for dinner. Our room is small and needs a thorough scrubbing (walls scuffed & dirty especially around the sink), but the bed was clean and comfortable, the shower hot and linens clean. The location is noisy, but with proximity to the airport, I would expect noise; the hotel itself was very quiet.Breakfast was meager, but traditional. I would stay here again.
