DISGUSTING. Unclean! Do NOT stay here!

Checked out a day early because rooms were so disgusting that I couldnt even stand to be in there. Mold under lamps, stains on beds and floors, walls and shower were nasty. Went to another hotel. Staff refused even a partial refund.

The toilet made a loud sound and ran on and on. The A/C was barely adequate. The room was not ready at check-in.

The staff were okay but the room smelled too strongly of cleaner and the breakfast was not provided.

Rooms smelled VERY strongly of cleaning agents--I felt like I was being poisoned. The advertised breakfast was not provided. The staff refused to provide me with a receipt. I will not be staying there again.

Do not recommend until they do MAJOR fixes, new beds, and cleaning of the entire hotel

The staff was very nice, each room had a microwave and fridge and rooms' bathrooms were clean. The sheets and bedding did seem clean also

Cons:

It was overall very dirty, carpets looked as if they had never been cleaned in 50 years, you could see where most furniture had not been cleaned around in a very long time, worn down to a needs replaced state, lots of stuff broken from door locks and latches, coffe posts, outlets, ect. in the rooms and hotel breakfast stuff broken and not working. Most beds were also very worn out and like sleeping on straight springs.

Very disappointed, had to find some where else to stay. Even my husband who can put up with a lot was disgusted

We ended up not staying, the pictures where not what was actual, the room was dirty & there was hair between the nightstand & the bed & we did not feel that the room was clean or safe to stay

It wasn't enjoyable.
Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

They had no ingredient list for the 2 cereals that they provided. I explained that I was gluten free. He said I don't know the ingredients and wasn't willing to check on a box from the back room. He was not professional or caring.

The shower drain was very, very slow. So you stood in 2-3 inches of water while taking a shower. Uck.
