Housekeeping service is offered every 14 days. For stays of 14 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more.

Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee.

Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Very disappointing to say the least.
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel was its location

Cons:

The room smelled like mildew. The kitchenette in the room was dirty, the hallways reeked of weed and had an overall horrible stench. The guy at the front desk had an attitude when my family and I decided we weren’t going to finish our stay. The entrance and hallways could use more care and updating. There was an unexpected $100 deposit per room that was not listed anywhere on the website and the guy said “yeah sometimes our website isn’t up to date “.
I understand this is more of a short term stay hotel but the maintenance on this place needs to be better

This place was dirty and nasty I will never stay here again.

The bed sheets had brown crusty stuff on one side, the first set of replacement sheets were badly stained, the housekeeper decided to open a brand new package to cover the bed.

The bathroom had loads of shaved hairs begins the faucet handles, I saw it immediately when I reached to turn on.

The WiFi didn’t work the first night, no employee on site to assist, after hours customer care could not assist either.

The next night, the TV remote didn’t work, again no assistance available.

I will NEVER stay here again.

Nice affordable hotel with friendly staff and quiet surroundings.
Pros:

The location is excellent; there are many local restaurants within the area , there is a nice shaded park within walking distance, the area of is quiet, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

You canceled my reservation. I drove 10 hours for my daughter's masters graduation at tallahassee to experience my reservation was canceled I had no where to stay

Worst experience I’ve ever had, terrible service, dirty beyond what I can describe, black mold, weird wet substances on dresser and beds.

1. The room was very clean
2. The entire hotel was smoke free

Cons:

1. Pillows on one bed smelled like perfume.

Better than expected
Pros:

The quietness in the room, the cold ac, the shower, the bed

Cons:

There were no usb ports to charge my phone, the tv channels didn't work, there were no light switches next to the bed, so I had to walk in the dark to get to the bathroom or the light switch.

A slightly inconvenient truth
Pros:

The price.

Cons:

The crowd. The amenities. Particularly the shower. It smelled and the water was slightly discolored. Amongst other things there were Crack heads yelling in the street at all hours of the night. Im not one to judge but.... The Crack must've been good at this location.
