Location
Everything, there were roaches every we got eaten up by bed bugs and we had to change rooms a total of three times and the second room which was 209 the door didn’t even lock all the way you could shake the handle and the door will still open back up and I love Jacksonville but I will never stay there again.
It was somewhere to put our heads after a long day of driving. It was a great price.

There's no kitchen breakfast bar
I don't like the marijuana smell in the hallways with the children were playing and being noisy and I did not like the roaches crawling in the bed and coming out when it was time to eat and I didn't like that the kitchen burner didn't want to turn off I don't like that the electric went off for 20 to 30 minutes and I experience bed bugs that when I went back home I had to get my apartment treated after spending the nights and days there I never had them in my room before then
I made a mistake thinking it would be half as decent as Extended Stay America Premiere. To start it appears that the building use to be an apartment building turned into a hotel. Also seems like they have a contract to allow for homeless or displaced families to live there. It was very quiet and everyone was pleasant. BIGGEST issue is that there was a small infestation of roaches that were constantly being killed. Only ONE towel and washcloth given for 4 people. If you have to stay here then do what you have to do, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
It’s quite surrounded by stores walking distance and driving, the ppl here are friendly and very helpful
