The beds are a little small

Tv didn't work

The fact we had to keep our room cold the entire stay.

No room service for tennants 7 days and under

Bugs

The whole place was dirty. Walls were filthy and it did not smell great either. Me, my husband, and two kids (5month old and 2 year old) were put in a room on the 3rd floor. The floor was messed up in the hallway and walls were dirty. We get into the room and my husband sees a roach crawling under the bed. We look around and find the room is covered in roaches. In the bathroom, on the walls in the main room, and one crawled behind the headboard. There was also a stick from a sucker someone ate on top of the headboard. The floors were filthy and so was the inside of the cabinets in the kitchenette. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. She apologized for the roaches and put us in a room on the 4th floor. We did not find any roaches in that room but it was still filthy. Dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty kitchen, dirty fridge. The channels on the tv did not work but there was Netflix (we did not want to log in) and YouTube. The hotel advertised that there was a coffee maker in there room and there was not. There was no hand towel or hand soap in the bathroom. There was 2 wash cloths, 2 very small towels, a floor towel, and a small bar of soap. We were in town dealing with a family emergency and were so exhausted that we did not want to plead for our money back, but you couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

First off... they tried to charge me again, I payed online through booking.com. I get there to check in the lady tells me how much I need to pay, when I tell her already payed she proceeds to tell me "no you didn't " I show her my email with total payed, than another lady setting to the side some where that I never seen, is saying just charge the card on file, that became a problem. She than says "well this needs to stop with "them" booking.com, because we can't get the money. Finally got checked in. My key card would not open the door to get inside the building, tried multiple times Finally let in by the lady at the desk.
Next. Get to our room , the floor by the table still had crumbs or something on it, open the fridge to put something in it and on the floor was something red.i did take pictures.
3rd the people above me, they moved furniture until lord knows what time and sound like they were running from one side of the room to the other.
4th I go outside at 2 am to take my dog out, could not get back inside with my card, some guy came out while I was out, he got his key to word.

WiFi did not work.

When we got there we had to call to get them to send someone for us to check in. There was some people out back behind the hotel outside that was really loud it sounded like they were arguing. When I finally did get checked in I had to ask them to tell the people to please be quieter so we can sleep. Even though they heard them they didn’t say anything until we went back and ask them to tell them to be quiet so we can sleep. And the beds were horrible.
