The place is nice and more than what was expected
Roaches, a few but too much for me
todo muy mal es algo muy sucio da asco ay muchas cucarachas
Deberían de demoler ese hotel
It was the cheapest available at the time but after seeing the low quality I would gladly pay a little more to get something decent.
It was listed as 2 miles from the airport but turned out to be closer to 9 miles. The floor was sticky and the bed sheets damp. There was a strong smell of mold/cigarettes. There were holes in the bathroom door.

Reasonable
Need a little bit more up keeping
Nothing
They had roaches, didn’t clean our rooms nor gave extra towels so we were stuck with musty towels. When I went to tell them they told me they would have a manager contact me, that hasn’t happened still. I spent 600$ on nothing essentially, would’ve been better staying outside a 7/11.
they put me in a room that was never cleaned!
never said sorry or apologize, just told me "i'm going to go check it as if i was lying"
tried to tell me didn't have other rooms, but found me out of no where.
Roaches weed noise ppl movimg furniture no help at night want to leave now
Extended one week but had to leave one day earlier and Extended Stay changed the price and instead of give me a one today credit they charged $80.00 more an haven’t received my $100.00 deposit
Overall, it was a good stay. Visitors should temper their expectations of what kind of place this is. Treat it as an Air BnB instead of a traditional hotel. The rooms are small studio apartments. They have a stove, a kitchen sink, a full size fridge with a freezer. If you need cookware, you can purchase a full set that is yours to keep. A little weird, but I can see where they were trying to go with it. The beds were soft. The sheets look like they wouldn't keep a guest warm, but surprisingly, not the case here. The experience reminded me of the mini cabins/lodges in the Poconos or another winter resort...but geared for an urban setting.
The one star deduction might have nore to do with Hotels.com and similar sites compared to Extended Stay. The prices you see do not take into account a $100 deposit(security deposit, basically). If the visitors keep the room spotless, then they receive the deposit back in roughly a week. A pain, and I can see this causing Extended Stay to lose business for such an amount compared to a typical $30 deposit. Another observation was the staff was seemingly overworked. This location was converted from a different type of facility and some of the "cracks" show. Their front desk is the size of a closet...giving the impression of a leasing office for...apartments. I can go back as the prices were very reasonable.
Nice for the price
Property had roaches and was in bad disrepair. Surroundings are very sketch; the convenience of the “kitchenette” is useless because you can’t anything in the mini microwave- no dishes or anything.
It was ok
Horrible experience. Never again You get what you pay for is understood? but this was just ridiculous. Smoke smell was pervasive everywhere and no simple toiletries
Great customer service.
