Pros:

The Staff was very friendly & courteous.

Cons:

The beds are horrible. The 1st I probably slept an hour cause I made myself do that. The restroom sink did not drain. The Linen were dirty. I slept on my own blanket. The room was warm.
We only got 1 set of towels. There were 2 adults & we stayed 2 nights. TV was very small.

Didn’t like that I had to wait about 20-30 for someone to give access to our room and then I room key didn’t work and we had to wait in the hallway outside of the room for them to come let us in mind you at the point it’s almost 2 am and with 2 little one we just wanted to go to bed once in our room we tried turning on the tv it didn’t work the worst part we saw roaches in the room at first oh it’s just one NOOOOO THEY WERE ON WALLS ASWELL COULDNT STAY THEIR WE CALLED BACK THE CLERK TOLD HIM ABOUT SITUATION WE DIDNT HAVE 5 MINUTES IN THE ROOM I asked to get refunded still waiting on that very upset customer I even forgot to take photos everything but driving for 9 hours and with little ones your body is done and tried.

It's hard to consider an extended stay not even having basics like an iron, hair dryer, etc. Also elevator was so dirty like it hadn't been swept or wiped down in days. I sent pics of stove (thank God I didn't need to use it). Why would you rent a room like that.

We had work equipment to take to the room and the elevators didn't work. The front desk person told me that they also didn't have any TP, and clean towels. The room had a spider on the bed and roaches in the restroom. The bed was like sleeping on a prison bed.

Was on work trip and saw they had check in hours until 5:30am so i booked it a few days beforehand, as i would be in late. That night, the receptionist George would not check me in when i arrived at 3am. (Well within the alotted check in time frame) i ended up with no where to go at 3am.
