Value for money.
The TWO remote controls for the television took a while to figure out. Secondly, the A/C was a bit TEPID, not truly cooling properly, but it was just comfortable enough.
The proximity to rhe airport
Exterior is certainly not as "fresh" as pictures. Only 1 staff in evening; and she was gone both times I was at the desk - had to wait 10-15 minutes for her to show up Although room was clean it is "bare bones" and offered NO amenities.
My first room was great. Has a microwave, kitchen sink, big clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable.
My second room wasn’t good. It has a horrible chemical smell. Bed was good. Bathroom vent was making a chicken sound.

Their was roaches, whole place smelled like mixture of harsh chemicals, pee in the elevator. Back doors open.

Close to the airport 7 minutes away.
Bad smell and not clean in the room to see some cockroaches 🪳 and the AC is very noisy in my room.

Small roaches every morning.. they were hiding behind the fridge, near the door, and under the photo on the wall in room. Kitchen area was a little dirty but not the worst. Another guy we spoke to on the 4th floor said he had a messed up fridge/freezer.
Nothing. Terrible experience, the room was dirty , I left the hotel at the same time that I did the check-in
It was close to the airport
It didn't have anybody at the front desk and there is no restroom to be found except in your room which you can't check into until you call the person to come down and maybe that'll happen
