Cons:

There was no one at the reception when we arrived. The desk phone was not working, and the number provided at the reception connected to an AI-generated call instead of an actual person. We waited for around 30 minutes and tried calling multiple times before someone finally came. They mentioned that their Wi-Fi was not working and gave a few explanations, but the overall check-in experience was quite inconvenient.

It was awful. This is the 2nd one I have stayed in, in 2 different cities and thy were both horrible!
Pros:

The staff was awesome.

Cons:

The entire property smells horrible. I had a migraine from the second I walked in due to whatever the smell was. Someone was spraying something into their air conditioner in the hallways and it did nothing to help.

Commode stopped up after hours so we had to leave in the middle of the night to go find a bathroom as extended stay didn’t have restroom in lobby it was awful
