Terrible without any customer service
Cons:

Room had smoke residue. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable, there was loud banging above and beside me for an hour at 130am

I’m glad that my family was only there for only a quick overnight.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Person checking in reeked of marijuana and took about 5 minutes to come down to the office. The whole building smelled of smoke and it was worse in the elevator.

no breakfast, shower curtain, ice bucket, dirty clothes bag, hooks on back of bathroom door, lamp on night stand only overhead lights, kleenex, hair conditioner to name a few

Pros:

Don’t have much nice things to say. Staffed seemed friendly. I was also able to check in early which was nice.

Cons:

Smelled horrendous. Rooms were out dated. Beds were uncomfortable and small. They charged way too much for what it really is. I did go during the state fair but if then, it was overcharged.

Affordable for a 1 night stay
Pros:

First time traveling with my dog and we both did well. Location worked great for the event I was attending. AC worked great! It was nice that we were close to the stairwell so I could walk my dog out to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Cons:

There were only 2 flat pillows and the bed was pretty firm, so I didn't sleep well.

Stayed for the races at Iowa speedway.

Location. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Room was clean and smelled very nice! Would come back again

Hopefully we get the money back like the lady said we would, because we didn't stay there.
Cons:

We had to leave because the smell of cigarette smoke was so bad. We paid for two rooms with two beds got two rooms with a small double bed.

Oder in the room, the bed was small and of poor standards. Very old kitchenette setting, black stain on ceiling in the bathroom, belive to be mold.

The room was completely dirty and sticky everywhere, extremely reeked of cigarettes on all furniture, and there were bugs in our room as well
