Room phones don't work
The room had direct tv, full size fridge, and a stove.
The bed was uncomfortable, bug in corner of room, stayed one night technically and checked out early the next day. Leaving one day unused. I only stayed put because my reservation was paid in full.
When I first got in the room I seen 3 dead cockroaches and then I got up in the middle of the night because the fire alarm went off I seen a big cockroach and I killed it the front desk lady that work there kept saying she heard me and my kids because we stayed above her she said this everyday I or me and my kids seen her then they wouldn’t let me book another stay at Woodspring hotel I have this hotel a lot of my money to even have to deal with all this and my daughter a minor seen a man getting sexual favors from some lady in his tan truck my daughter said she seen it happening that he had his light on in his tan truck my daughter shouldn’t have to see that type of stuff where she feels comfortable at and this older guy had tried to get on the elevator with my daughter and when she turned around didn’t get on he stopped like he was going to chase after her so she ran back to the room we was staying in I feel I should be reimbursed for this entire stay I was not satisfied the way me and my children was treated when we was staying here we had no where else to go at the time

The location to Altoona and places to go
The bed was uncomfortable small mattress and lopsided and there was a bug on the ceiling and the floors were dirty. The checkin guy was rude like I woke him up from something more important than the job at hand🙄
