Nice people... Close to the shopping, restaurant areas...

Didn’t get my refund didn’t get my room

Waited 30+ minutes to get checked in. Had to take a shower last night and this morning with no hot water!!

Bathroom was disgusting. Tub was dirty, sower didn’t work. Unexpected and undisclosed $100 deposit required upon check-in. Room smelled like old ramen.

I did have a late check in but my room wasn’t clean and was missing wash cloths and towels. Not sure if it had been completely cleaned or not. Maybe they just forgot the bathroom linen. Things happen sometimes but it could have been a little cleaner.

It was a shame there was no ice machine.

I was concerned about the loud footsteps, as it seemed that there were pets in the room upstairs.

The divine feminine that was in charge! They definitely make that business operating system they run a tight ship! And they are very easy on the eyes!!

Very friendly staff and very hospitable. Made sure that we got checked in quickly and efficiently and made sure that we had everything that we needed

I always enjoy staying here. Majority of the time it’s quiet and not loud like some hotels are. Staff are nice.

The staff went above and beyond to try to take care of my needs. The only problem that I had was with the Expedia site. The site told me that there was cookware, dishes, etc available at this location. These items were available, but for a daily rate. It was cheaper to buy what I needed. The staff gave me linens and towels when I needed them .Having a laundry room on site was very helpful. When I return to see my family I will use this location. Very covienient location, and many options for your needs.

I booked this hotel through the Hotels app for a few hours of rest. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was arguing with guests, and shortly after, five police officers showed up, definitely not a welcoming scene.

While trying to check in, she attempted to charge me again for the room and asked for a deposit. After some back and forth, I agreed to pay, but she still overcharged me. When I pointed it out, she adjusted the amount but was reluctant to provide a receipt, making me feel like my money was lost.
In the end, I paid through the app, paid again at check-in, and only received a partial refund from the $100 deposit. I ended up paying twice, making this short stay more expensive than a Hilton for just five hours of rest.
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place.

I was going to leave a great review. The room was great but I got up this morning to take a shower before hitting the road and it didn’t work. There was no one on the property to help or contact about the issue. I prepaid for the room and was told after I arrived that I had to also pay a deposit. I didn’t mind but I felt it should’ve been known beforehand. What if I didn’t have it to pay. I would have lost the money I paid and couldn’t get back for 7-10 days..

This hotel is awful. They gave away two of our friends rooms even though they had reservations. The staff was rude and not helpful. And even though we paid in advance they gave away our rooms as we were at a funeral and didn't check in until 8:00 p.m.

Staff is wonderful they give there all to make sure your stay is nice & pleasant. Highly recommend staying here 10/10

The Room smelled bad …the whole hotel smells bad ..the bed was terrible..very small
