Important information:

Housekeeping service is provided every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a weekly cleaning service is included, which covers dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and changing of linens and towels. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a nominal fee. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.

Daily housekeeping services are available at an additional charge.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment purposes. Cash payments are not accepted.

For guests travelling with pets: a maximum of two pets per room, each weighing up to 40 pounds, is permitted. An additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability.

Any damage to linens (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels) caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item.

Smoking within the property will incur a penalty of USD 250. A designated smoking area is available.

Unauthorized or unregistered guests are not permitted. An additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night will apply for any unregistered guests.

Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted.

Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.

The parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property.

Front desk hours are 9:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekends(Sat & Sun); this property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk.

Guests arriving at the property for check-in outside front desk assistance hours are required to call the phone number displayed at the front desk for check-in support.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The a.c leaked really bad , had to flag down "room service" for extra towels. No one is ever at the desk before 3pm. Booked a smoking room but they claim it's a no smoking property. But soon as I came to check in it was people smoking weed at the entrance. Don't understand why it's a no smoking property when the rooms are shitty asf any ways. Definitely wouldn't rent from them again. Then charge you for a service fee when it's NO GOOD SERVICE

Nothing it is for people who live in motels drinking in the parking lot people hanging out by the door no coffee pot as advertised no drinking cups by the sink you had to take your dirty towels to front desk between 4-8 very old beds everything was threadbare except the blinds if you wanted dishes for your kitchen you had to rent them for 30-40 dollars a week the smell was terrible

wont ever stay where they don't have a 24 hour front desk, not worth it
Cons:

there was no contact number to call to find out the latest check in time would be, I ended up there are 1030pm and there was no one at the front desk or rather front window, and the sign said open until 11pm but no one was there so I had to find another place to stay and they charged me already.
