Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access
My only complaint was that the bed was uncomfortable
No breakfast like advertised. No iron and ironing board in room or at service desk. I madereservation for an additional day wanted to change a fee or check-out and come back at 3. Crazy because i was already. In a room
Delayed flights caused us to miss our connecting flight. So we were stuck in Denver. Booked and paid online. Took an uber to the hotel and called the after hours line to check in. The man came to the lobby and rudely told us he could not check us in as there was no clean rooms and he could not issue a refund because he couldn't check us in. Hotels.com did issue a refund after calling them the next day. Horrible area, very dark and high homeless population.
Up graded to a queen, they are charging me for a queen i have a full bed that doesn't even fit on the frame.they act like i don't know what im talking about.this bed is 54in wide on a 60in frame not a queen bed.they give me full size sheets, so they are aware because it's a queen size room
We just stopped for one night, last minute booking. The front desk policy is no checkin after 10 pm, but since we paid thru Hotels.com, they were okay with our late checkin. We had our two small fur babies and there are plenty of areas for them to do their business, around the hotel. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only downside was that we could not get the tv to work and no curtains, just blinds. On a first floor room, it was a bit odd, but not a game changer. Overall a nice stay.
This hotel is a bit worn but is clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I was expecting some cookware with the kitchenette and was surprised that this was an additional charge
Nothing
Room dirty, no coffee maker, no dishes or cups for a kitchenette, had to take our own garbage out
Safe. Quiet
Place to sleep. Great location to uchealth for us. It saved us from having to eat out a lot. Our room was near the entrance, which is what I asked for. I'm glad it had a table, so we didn't have toearmt on the beds. You were responsible for taking out your own trash. Nice that they have laundry facilities there, and you don't need quarters, but make sure to have your own laundry supplies. There is a grocery store in the shopping center across the street. Easy access to I-225
Beds were more uncomfortable than comfortable. Needed to have some handles on the wall near either end of the shower so that you would not fall. I almost did a few times. The place needs more handicap parking. They only had 3, and there were more than 3 people staying there are handicap than parking spots us included. That there was nothing in the kitchen to use to cook in. You can purchase them for $40
Was glad it had a kitchen. That way, we didn't eat out. We actually stayed 11 nights total. Close to uchealth. I'm glad that you had to use your room key to not only get in your room but to get in the building at all times.
Beds were uncomfortable. Wish there was an oven. We wanted to do pizza one night but couldn't. Also, it would have been nice to have things to cook with and eat off of.
It was available.
TV didn't work, booked connecting rooms, and was not given connecting rooms to my family. The bed was very flimsy and thin. I could feel the bar in the middle of my back and every spring in the mattress. The covers were just sheets. Floor was coming up, and every time you walked on it, it would pop. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled of cigarettes. The windows didn't lock and were opened. There was only 1 bar of soap in the room, no shampoo, hand soap or anything for someone who had been stranded at the airport.
