AVOID, RUN, DONT EVEN GET CLOSE TO EXTENDED STAY

They were OVERBOOKED and couldn’t accommodate us!
Still fighting to get my money back; BOOKING.com now fast in answering the phone

Cons:

Part of their marketing strategy is to CONFUSE customers with the addresses. We needed a place close to PHOENIX HOSPITAL, we had booked one that was, initially 2 miles away, but on confirmation it was actually 15 miles away. When we eventually get there, around 9.30 PM, they’ve told us it’s OVERBOOKED, NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. Had to found another hotel almost at 11.00 pm

The room smelled like pee, didn't get get refund back and it was late and no choice sleep there,I would not sleep there anymore smelled room

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom needs updating.
Pros:

The location was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

There were homeless people hanging out in the parking lot when I arrived after dark. No shampoo, conditioner, etc in the bathrooms. Very few channels on the TV. I would not have taken a bath in the bathtub, it was pretty old and stained.

Worse place I have ever stayed I should be refunded
Pros:

That it had a kitchen that's it

Cons:

The fact I had to wait over a hr to check in with my dog in a hot car because the every member of the staff had to take to the police on the phone making a high deal over nothing once the police got there they was there for 38 secs and left someone also broke in to my car and stole my laptop and my watches

I went somewhere else since I didn’t feel it was my last day on Earth.
Pros:

Nothing. I didn’t stay there it was so bad.

Cons:

If you have a need for Meth, go there. If you have loved ones with you run!!
They didn’t know if the repairs to the room were done when I attempted to check in. They were going to send me to the room to check but wanted to keep my license!?! Hell no.

Somebody needs to go there and clean house from all employees and clean up that hotel
Pros:

Disgusting dirty place! Pull out couch was disgusting. Had holes in it. Blinds were dirty walls were dirty. Everything was just a dirty just a dirty place on all the employees have no care all about cleaning the hotel.

Cons:

It was so dirty. I got told that they don’t clean our rooms unless we stay for two weeks just a disgusting dirty place.
