No limpian bien, desorden, demasiado ruido la gente no deja dormir, no limpian los cuartos no te cambian ni aunque sea las sábanas, no limpian bien los cuartos antes de entregarlos, no tienen mucho personal, cuando necesitas cambiar sábanas que tú mismo tienes que hacerlo ahí nadie para que te las de, las neveras tienen mal olor para quedarte de vacaciones no lo recomiendo para estar unos días no lo recomiendo.

Nothing really

When I first got to my room, there weren't any batteries in my TV remote, when I went downstairs to the front desk to let them know, there was a line of people waiting to check in and no one at the desk or answering the phone for assistance. When I finally got batteries on my remote, the TV wasn't working. I didn't want to go back down to the front desk because I didn't want to wait there all night for someone to help me. When I was checking out, again no one at the desk with people waiting for assistance. We can hear people talking in the room behind the desk, but no one answering our calls for help. Finally I had to go back into the door and went to the cleaning room with the door open and the front desk woman was just sitting there talking. I asked is there anyone up front, and I was met with a very rude, "me" I said there are people waiting. She rolls her eyes and finally went to help the people that were waiting. Never staying here again.

Waited 30 minutes at front desk to check in. No body present. Other hotel staff ignoring front desk. I asked for help getting an attendant to man the desk and the laundry staff literally walked away without any verbal response. Used phone to call and the front desk attendant left their phone at the desk. I canceled my stay in the hallway waiting for someone to show up. Existing guests came up front looking for staff and they said this was typical that i need to find a new place to stay.

The price changes every day!!!!

You have to pay for just about everything if you want clean towels or even a fork you have to pay extra for it. The silverware and stuff of that sorts I can understand but towels?!?!

There were at least a handful of sketchy characters walking around day and night

Was given the wrong room had to wait an extra hour and 45 minutes to get a room, staff tried their hardest to make it right but then the room next to us was smoking and drinking and banging on walls till cops had to be called at 2am.

The booking site said it was a 2 room suite obviously it was not booking site said there was internet you charged for it there was no one available on site from 10pm until after I checked out at 8am my TV didn't work and there is no way 2 adults can sleep on a full size bed
