The workers are very nice
The roaches, the key cards not working the internet not working the fact I reserved two beds and was only given one, not being able to check in on time because the internet was down and there really horrible smell along with trash in the stairwells definitely will never stay again and I’m fact left after just one night because I refuse to bring a cock roach infestation home with me.
Night staff was nice.
We booked a non smoking room and when we arrived we got told only smoking rooms were available. Every hotel was booked in the area so we decided we had to stay and took the room. Upon entering the room was disgusting. Fridge had rust all over it, stained sheets. we got put into a second smoking room that was slightly cleaner. We were offered no refund at all and the experience was gross.

It was awful, the entire place smells like smoke even though it is smoke free. The room deadbolt wouldn’t lock all the way. I didn’t feel safe staying there either my children and we left after 20 minutes.
The bed was covered in pee and blood. They refused to give us our money back for the remainder of the stay. We slept in the car until we could get a better hotel the next day.
Filthy and rude staff
The smoking in rooms is excellent need more not just one floor. Its quiet. Cozy
The fact that you.can only pay with bank or credit cards, they accept no cash. The fact of paying extra 50.00 to reserve room, but it's only a hold.it goes back on your account 6 days later some guest. Check in time should start @ 12 noon. Not six pm.you pay for a day and that day is over.and check out time should be at noon. The rates are getting more but less hospitalied

All my belongings were stolen right under the camera and the woman who was working really didn't give a shit. Very unprofessional and rude. Nothing was done.
