Pros:

This property was listed as a "three star" property. No way. The room was mostly clean but in poor condition. Public areas and elevator were dirty. Someone spilled what appeared to be juice throughout the entry way, main hallway and near the elevator... the spill was there for hours and even when some of it was mopped, cleaning the mess was incomplete. Room had broken blinds and cabinets. TV needed to be reset to operate. No coffee maker in room.

The staff would not clean the room . Was told o ly every other week . And I could not get my towels exchanged was told either wash them or go buy new ones , it was loud , staff was rude .. will never stay at another extended stay again .. I travel for work and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Cons:

Kicked out of room for not knowing that the maids didn’t grab it on their rounds. Harassed by the manager after working all night over said trash and was then kicked out of our room. Manager tried to enter my room while I wasn’t completely dressed. Never refunded for our unused days.
