Although the building itself is not as hat i would normally choose, the staff here is amazing

the location being close to work is why i stay here

Cons:

THE INTERNET IS WRONG IN REFERENCE TO THE STOCKED KITCHEN……you do get a full size fridge, microwave, and 2 burners, but that’s it!!!! NO DISHES, NO POTS/PANS…you can purchase them 😞🤬😞 it is a very old property that as soon as you step off of the elevator, you can smell the mildew, however, they are doing renovations.

Pros:

Nothing. The clerk has requested a refund to me from Booking.com

Cons:

Everything smelled like pot. Dark dingy. Dirty. Filled with questionable people. We were afraid to stay.

First Stay! Many more to come!
Pros:

Very clean rooms. Tv was a lil small to view but I have bad eyes. Also tv had no cable working just YouTube. Laundry area was very convenient. Vending machines are expensive wouldn’t mind paying more for better selection. As far as noise it’s very quiet. Appliances worked with no issues. One recommendation though please add drapes over the blinds. It’s very bright and was hard to sleep without a mask.

The workers were very nice.

Cons:

I checked into my room I went to go get something to eat. I started to eat one of my dishes,. I fell asleep and woke up to a ton of roaches big, small, babies all over my food and drink .I was so disgusted. I went to front desk they offered me another room. I checked it out the refrigerator was nasty I said no this is not acceptable I need to be refunded. They explain it would take 3 days to 10 business days. That was not acceptable with me. They comped me to their sister location which was much cleaner.

You will never find the perfect place other than your own home, but the customer service team here made it great!!!
Pros:

The staff was awesome, and even when I had an issue……they were on top of things!! You don’t find customer service like that anymore!

Cons:

When I got here I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned at all, still had leftovers from the previous renter, BUT they offered another room or to have this one finished being cleaned.
