Pros:

The hotel looked nice enough. The rooms appeared fairly neat and tidy, though dated. Our rooms (2) were lacking in the simple things like toilet paper! The front desk clerk, who was the assistant manager was not very welcoming and was not available to give us any toilet paper after we had checked in, but we did check in very late. I had to finally stop a member of housekeeping mid morning the next day to ask for toilet paper. Then they wanted to add extra housekeeping charges, even though we never once had housekeeping come in during the entire 4 nights that we stayed. The additional added fees upon check in were extreme and made it extremely hard to budget for this stay.

Cons:

The assistant manager was very unprofessional and unfriendly and quite honestly the main reason that we chose to change to another hotel. In addition to the fact that the additional endless fees that kept being added, and lack of basic services, such as housekeeping, toilet paper, clean towels without paying additional charges. It just got ridiculous! What is the point in paying for multiple nights charges, a utility fee for each night, a housekeeping fee, a deposit and then you still can even exchange dirty towels for clean ones one time during your stay without an EXTRA fee? I didn't even have toilet paper in my room when I checked in, didn't have any until after the check out time the next day! Had we not been staying we simply wouldn't have had any.

Pros:

I dont think there was a breakfast. Location is close to grocery store and liquor store. I also noticed multiple bars within walking distance. The one staff member I talked to was friendly and curtious.

Cons:

Its an extended stay so dont expect the people that live there to be friendly.

It was great! We enjoyed Wichita!
Pros:

Casey Jo is great! The staff is friendly, location is great because it’s close to everything and the beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

They are currently going through a change of ownership so there were no kitchenware to cook with BUT, Casey Jo lent us her own personal set from home! She is awesome!!
