We cannot recommend.
Cons:

We stayed here for one night, for a concert. The price was very high due to high demand, so it shouldn't have been a problem. However, upon check-in we were given a room with 1 bed instead of 2 and it looked awful. After complaining, we barely got another room with 1 bed and a miserable sofa bed, and finally got bedding for it from the maid.
Luckily we checked in in the afternoon because if we had come after the concert we would probably have slept in the car.
The hotel is relatively clean but very run-down. We didn't even take a shower...

Pros:

I didn't stay at this facility. I arrived and the rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. I was unable to stay at this facility due to the overwhelming tobacco smell.
