It was my first time coming to the area, the environment was welcoming and friendly. It was a breath of fresh air needed
Pros:

The staff and tenants were polite and respectful. The environment was welcoming and refreshing. It felt good to be able, take a walk at night, with a cool breeze and a feel of safety. It felt like a home away from home, being from the WestCoast and not being able to visit back home often. I live in Houston now, so it was definitely a break from the humidity and all of the constant heat. The cool breeze made a big difference.

Cons:

It wasn’t anything bad about the property. The pillows could be, a bit more comfortable. Other than that, the overall experience was great.

dangerous, unclean, and unnatentive
Pros:

Nothing… Genuinely not a single thing was okay

Cons:

-It reeked of marihuana and the staff didn’t do anything.
-the reception closes at a certain time and they say they are reachable on the phone BUT THEY ARE NOT. it sends to voice mail so u cannot check in or if there’s an emergency then you’re basically left alone.
-the bathrooms were extremely dirty
-the rooms smelled like mold
-the beds were falling apart

Good for extended stay and if you are not a germaphobe.

The extra amenities in the room (fridge, microwave, phone, laundry basket, etc)

Cons:

Bed was small and not comfortable. I kept tossing and turning feeling the metal frame under me. Hallways and elevator warm and smelled of weed. Elevator not working properly, staff already aware and stated someone had come see it already. I have bad knees, I was not going to take the stairs to third floor so I just waited - and waited - for the elevator; still in pain but with no other choice. My daughter and three toddlers had to take the stairs on second occasion. Booking here was my doing. I was not looking for extended stay anything. But the price was better compared to others around. I would have preferred a good night sleep over all the amenities given it was just a two night stay. Next time it will be Super 8 motel - they have super nice, comfy beds.

It was pleasant I would stay again. Definitely a great deal on the price!
Pros:

Centrally located for my trip. Staff was helpful. Pretty quiet just traffic noise.
Was very clean! Great rates!

Cons:

The bed was not all that comfortable. For an extended stay hotel I thought there would be some dishes in the room. I don’t know if they have them upon request I did not research it. There was not a hair dryer in the room.

hotel was disappointing. The building smelled like weed and cigarettes (not kid friendly) also in my room there were cigarette burns in the sheets
